Pharmacy has been “temporarily closed” the past several days. What a joke. Corporate should compensate clinical staff adequately to promote retention.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Every time my mom (only Spanish speaker) go there and try to use a coupon women employees (men are good employees) do not want to help her at all. Every time she go with coupon book in hand and give to the girls there and they said (every single time) can't help her, I mean they don't want to open the coupon book and scan it but, If i go there (bilingual) and I just talk to them in English they help in every thing. Walgreens that is be racist, don't think so?

Worst customer service ever. I scheduled a COVID test online and got there 15 minutes early, but there was a long line on drive thru. By the time I got to the window, it was 30 minutes past scheduled time. I waited only to get turned away and told to reschedule online. No explanations or anything. Guess I’ll have to wait and see if I have COVID because there are no open slots until days out. Now I have to miss work because I don’t know if I’m infected or not. Walgreens needs to get better customer service and figure out a better way to do testing if they are going to be continuously turning people away. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 8:00am. Walgreens Pharmacy does not open till 9:00am. Once opened we were told that prescription would not be filled till 10:30am. There were no other customers at pharmacy. The explanation was that they were gonna be busy filling other orders. We came back at 10:30am and we were told it medication would be ready at 11:00am. Returned at 11:00am and now they said they just spoke to pharmacist and it prescription medication will be ready at 11:30am. If not ready we will call doctor and have them transfer to maybe Walmart pharmacy. Walgreens has a good reputation. Although we had experienced nothing but grief the last two times we have dealt with Eagle Pass, Texas Walgreens. Last time for us. BTW... Airborne, Aleve & NyQuil is much less at Walmart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I called on the 21st to have my medication refilled, stopped by on the 22nd (a day AFTER they said it would be ready) to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready. I was on my way out of town and wouldn't be back until the 24th. I had enough to get me through, so I waited.. On the 27th my husband went to pick it up and they told him it was not ready AGAIN! So again, I waited.. He went back on the 28th and waited in line for nearly 20 minutes, finally he gets to the window at 8pm and the lady shuts it in his face saying they are closed. He went inside and they were helping another customer, yet when he asked for help they said they were closed and to come back tomorrow. So we go back today and wouldn't you know, they are closed due to staffing issues. I am now on 4 days without my medication! This place is a joke.

I would give Eagle Pass Walgreens no stars if I could. On January 27, 2021 my elderly mother went to Eagle Pass Walgreens to pick up her meds that should have been just over $140 with insurance but Walgreens charged her credit card the full amount which was over $700. Shouldn't have been a big issue if she would have gotten some cooperation from the pharmacist who was no help at all and did not allow my mother to speak to a manager after requesting to speak to one. Then the pharmacist disappeared to the back and never returned. The lack of professionalism from this pharmacist is unacceptable. My mother called United Healthcare to try and resolve the issue. I am in Houston TX so I can't be there to help my mom resolve this unnecessary issue. Hopefully United Healthcare can help her. I pray Eagle Pass will get a CVS soon.

What is the hold up on filling prescriptions in a timely matter? Every single time I’ve gone to pick up a medication, it has never been ready even when it’s been sent a full business day ahead from our doctors. Instead of providing a solution, Grisandra told me I can choose a different pharmacy. When I I asked to speak with the manager I was put on hold then disconnected. This location needs help in the pharmacy bc they are an inconvenience to me when I have to spend my time going back and forth just to get my medication.
