This place is a joke. I would not give them your business. They refused a simple letter from one store to the other. Common business practice we do it all the time. They tried to tell the owner of the other store they had nothing to do with UPS and ran themselves which is a lie they have a UPS logo out front and throughout the store. Obviously their staff is misinformed and they have poor business practices refusing overnight packages just because they don't feel like it. Watch the owner jump on here and feebly try to refute this. Just look at the rest of the reviews it's in line with them. This shop is terrible....aaaaand like clockwork they responded !BTW your corporate office didnt t agree ..they took my claim and while u may be allowed to do what u did they didn't approve of it, other store didnt approve of it, nobody agreed u did something right, u just got off on a technicality..weak minded folks in their own minds are never wrong.. all ur responses to the reviews you earned show ur weakness.. ...as I said...Go somewhere else !!!

Service took a little while and there were only 3 people in line. The A/C was not on or did not work so it felt hotter than outside the establishment.Even so, the treatment was friendly.

If I could give UPS 0 stars I would. I run a small business and have my packages delivered to my residence so I can process inventory and bring it to my several shops. We have moved recently and one of my suppliers accidentally sent packages to my previous address. I wasn’t terribly worried about and was willing to drive the 5 hours to the HUB to pick up these packages and was even willing to pay what ever fees would be charged for the inconvenience. Well, after speaking to 3 representatives regarding the issue I was told that there is absolutely nothing I can do on my end and that any changes that are made need to be done on my suppliers end. My supplier is refusing to fix the issue and so these packages are going to end up being delivered to an address that has stolen packages from me in the past and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. My small business is now out $1500 worth of inventory because of a policy change made last Friday where we as receivers can no longer request to pick up packages from the HUB. There are several other carriers to pick from such as DHL, USPS, FEDEX etc etc. I highly recommend choosing any of those carriers over UPS as you will not get any customer support from them. Btw, we finally figured out the one and only way to speak to a representative over the phone is selecting “track a package” option and going through the prompts. At the end of you day “speak to a representative” you will be connected with a live person. Any other way and the call will be disconnected after the automated system tell you that they can’t help you.

VERY BAD SERVICE,Rude and unprofessional ladies at the counter. The worst place you can go to ship or pick up. They do not know what they are doing. They send you to the warehouse and at the warehouse employee then admits and says (those girls at the store dont know what they are doing). Young and immature who do not make an attempt to help. The corporate office says the local store is a franchise and that these people local are not UPS workers. VERY BAD SERVICE. This place does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Mr. Rodriguez,When we enter the store we are clients.Maybe you should receive packages for who you call non-clients.That would expand your services and income.Understand that when I was given the option to ship to the store I thought it would be safer. Especially because all the thefts of packages going on. Now, being rude and not caring about someone’s situation is wrong. I would have paid a fee to receive it there without problem. Just in case you havent, your store has plenty of reviews and most of them are for bad service. I would suggest you look into the customer service especially how your employees treat customers.I am going to tell my friends not to go there and to be careful for non-client as you call it.Jose SalazarLocal Disapointed (Client)

Too bad 1 star is the lowest. The lady today couldn’t pull up my account and enter an address that has been shipped to before. How can you not enter an apt number when plenty of packages have been shipped out from there to that address? Staff needs to get trained!

$300+ shipping for a simple package because UPS decided it had to be over night. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else. When asked about them packaging it was the worst experience. She couldn't just give me a simple answer. Finally got a $86 shipping method, but just makes me think it's just going to be destroyed in the process.

I'd like to give a shoutout to Nicole, who provided excellent customer service last week when I was looking for the best way to ship some electronics across the country. While I was in store she also provided incredibly compassionate customer service to an older gentleman who had trouble figuring out how to operate his device to send something for printing. Will definitely go back the this store for future shipping needs.

I wished I would have read the reviews before choosing UPS Eagle Pass, the stress I have been put through for the past 2 days is insane. I request a pick up. Every time I call it’s a different story. First they said my tracking number was and invalid, then the next person that called said the package will be pick up within an hour. Then 2 hrs later I called because my package was still pick up. They told me the pick request confirmation number was in their records. When I clarified that the package was supposed to be picked 2 days, then the agent told they are looking for a driver close to the location, no driver is picking the call, On the day my package was supposed to be delivered. I was even confirmed on the 1st day that the driver was on his way, he was just delayed. I will report this store in Eagle pass need new employees. Now I have to pay another fee to FedEx. Customer service at this place is inhuman.

Worst UPS store in the country. Terrible service. I brought in a label. Charged to print the label. Charged $8 for tape. And he forgot to charge me for the envelope so had to do a separate transaction for the $4 envelope. They are supposed to make the shipping process simple and easy. Absolute ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong and how it is handled. Hundreds of miles away at my UPS box I receive 6 packages and was given a package from someone else. I did not discover this until I reached Carizzo Springs. The original store had sent me a label to send the package back, the closest store is Eagle Pass.I travel (roundtrip) ~1.5 hours, ~100miles.... from my experience many UPS stores just print the label, you forward the email and it gets done. Not at Eagle Pass. I told the story of what happened, the response: "That's out of my control. You can rent computer time for $x ..."Way to band together under that UPS banner.
