“I purchased my unit rental online which was the easiest part about this whole process. It has you pick a unit and create your own code. I then tried to go to my climate controlled unit on my next day off. First thing I notice is the main gate is stuck open. I then use the map I was given to locate my unit. It is inside the climate controlled building and the code I made doesn’t work on the door. So i had to wait until the next day so i can call them. I call them and get my code reset. Then I go back and it’s still not working. And the main gate is still wide open. So none of your stuff is secure except for the lock you have to bring. I call the phone number to see what is going on and I was basically told I was in the wrong location. I explained many times I am at the correct location but the door is not opening. I sent video and picture proof I was at the right location and was still told it’s a self storage unit so idk. I have a self storage unit in Arizona. First of all, there is always at least one person there during the day to help if needed. The locks come with the price of the unit and they aren’t rude. I asked for a refund because I can’t even access my unit. Then I asked if I could just get a different unit at the other location on Del Rio Blvd and I got no response. I called several other self storage places in Eagle pass and no one answered. You are better off buying your own shed and putting it your yard.
UPDATE: Sean reached out to me in order to fix these issues I had. He is very kind. He was able to explain that the WiFi had gone out so none of the new codes worked for new people. Which is understandable. He was able to get me refunded for the original unit I had issues with and then I got a new unit at the Del Rio Blvd location. I was able to get moved in smoothly there and I had no issues. The unit was clean and the storage area is great. This is the only storage company in Eagle pass I’ve gotten to answer the phone or call me back. It was rough at first but we got it sorted out. Thank you.”
