The rudest staff. Their job is nice, but their customer service is terrible.

This was not it. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I walk in, a guy points to a wall and says to pick a color. I go over and the polishes are in boxes and some are in all white solid containers. There is no way to quickly and easily see the colors unless you take each one out of the box or open each bottle to see the color inside.{Later I saw a girl going through a booklet. Why didn't someone offer me the booklet so I could see the colors. He just pointed in a random direction with out looking at me and said pick a color}I go sit and the lady gives me a menu and asks if a want paint on my toes OR a pedicure. Are those not the same things? I'm so confused. The regular pedicure is 35$ . If you want shellac its an additional 20$ and if you want a paint on your toes its 35$ +15$. The menu and the explanation they gave me made no sense at all.She told me she can't do "Regular" because I am wearing open toed sandals and the nails will get messed up. I'm confused again, aren't open toed sandals the most appropriate shoes to wear when getting a pedicure so they don't touch anything when you leave?I give the lady the color I want (white) and she tells me she wants to apply the color that's in her cart (Pink). Again, I'm super confused. Why would I want to paint my toes the color you like? She finishes stands up and walks away. Doesn't say. A) you are all done and good to go. B) Have a seat over here for 10 min and sit under the fan until your toes are dry C) Stay in the chair that you are in for 10-15 min and then you are free to go.She says nothing and I have no idea what I am supposed to do.This was so unnecessary confusing. They barely spoke to me and acted like I should just know what to do. It was my first time here. She didn't even remove my calluses or cut my nails in a way that was noticeable.Just go somewhere else. You may have better luck there.

WE WERE SCAMMED They were nice and all but me and my partner did seem to catch them repeating the word "new" a lot. And we were.. first time being there. When checkout comes, the total being 50 bucks we were shocked and confused.. because in reality I pointed to the pedicure that costs 35 bucks And the nail lady saw me point at it too. That got on my nerves to say the least haha. Never coming back again and honestly if your new and don't want to be scammed, don't even come here.

The spa is next to the hotel I stayed. Would not make an appointment but asked me to show up 2 hours after I called, which I did but still had to wait for almost an hour.Almost gave up but was assigned Selena who turned out to be such a delight to have her give me pedicure. She took great care of my feet and legs, massaged them, cleaned them, chose the right color for the design that I found online. It's so hard to see someone in this industry truly love what they do and want to do the best job they can for the customers.Tipped her generously which shocked her.Such a gentle soul. Despite the pressure from her boss, the owner, she kept working on me for 2.5 hours until it's perfectly done. Thank you.

I have pros and cons about my first visit. They don't take appointments, only walk-ins which was kind of an inconvenience considering the lack of staff they currently have. With the high volume of clients walking in, I ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours just for a full acrylic set even though I put my name on the list before at least 6 others who went ahead of me. The woman who did my nails handed me a pair of clippers and told me to clip my current acrylics off to save on time. I've never been asked that before so it kind of caught me off guard. I happily obliged and started clipping my nails which had acrylic pieces flying every where. She poured a bottle of acetone into a bowl so I could soak my nails but when I was finished she poured the acetone BACK into the bottle. Kind of unsanitary in my opinion but I was just happy to finally be serviced after waiting so long. She started working on my nails and knocked it out quickly. We skipped the whole part of me getting up to scrub my nails, she wiped my nails down with a paper towel, no biggie I guess. The end result was great, the nails look amazing and it only took about 25 minutes. I'm considering returning for a fill but a little skeptical based on everything else. Pretty sure I will give this place a second chance because of the quality of my nails.
