Just like every other place. Good on selling you stuff but when you have a problem it takes too much time to solve it. Been there many times to buy replacement parts on cpap and no problem. Now that I need help cause Machine quit working they say they are under staffed and extremely busy. Come back tomorrow.

Ordered diabetic shoes and insoles in May/17 supposedly they got them in July and here a sit at the end of September waiting. They have only one person who knows how to schedule appointments and she's always just stepped out or took the day off. I leave my number but have yet to be called back.
