“Everything was great BUT the front desk lady. Me and my co workers were about to check in. Just by the tone of her voice, front desk lady, you can see she is or was having a bad day. Sorry but not my problem. Shes all raising her voice rudely. I went in with a smile and left with a smile. Cause I was not gonna let her ruin my night. Other then that, even y thing else was great.”
“Employees at the hotel were awesome, very friendly and helpful. The only complaint that my guest and myself had were the mattresses. Now, I know it's beyond the control of the staff there at the hotel but the property manager or the owner of the property needs to invest in new more comfortable mattresses. That was there only down fall.”
“It's an Econo Lodge: you get hot water and a clean room and a fairly comfortable bed and that's it... and it met the standard! Absolutely. nothing fancy, and that's okay!
Rooms: You get a bed and a shower and that's it. One was comfortable and the other had hot water.”
