The place has the worst service I have ever had and very bad customer service there so called manager Rene always in the restroom leaving customer standing there how can the general manager keep putting up with there poor people service

Very good store for buying fancy shoes. It has from Jordan's all the way to Adidas and so on. It has every style n edition u want but sadly most shoes from that brand dont come out n into USA stores. And sometimes u want a certain brand or style u have to order it which is ok but u wish they have it in stock. But the service is great n they always check up on us to see if we need anything else.

Very clean store and nice employees that know what good customer service isI was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier was very helpful. Good customer service = Happy customers

Clean store. Customer service on the other hand is non-existent. The cashier was on her phone the whole time. She looked up when I was near her, looked at me and went back to using her phone! NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME! Keep in mind that I was in there for 5 minutes. Yes, that's the type of customer service you get at Journey's in Eagle Pass. They don't want your business.
