In October I accidently payed twice online and in store. I've been contacting Cricket for 3 months and they can't do anything about it. I go to the store and they tell me to call. Then I call and they tell me to go to the store. They're all just scammers that don't keep track of payments it's unbelievable how lousy this company is they can't seem to help at all. But don't miss a payment because they cut your phone right away, that they do keep good track of jaja ridiculous.

Look up phone prices before you walk into this store. I went to purchase a phone. I asked the price of the device since none of the prices are on display and Izabella R. stated that the total came out to $219 including taxes. She then proceeded to state that included with the purchase of the device I would be getting a phone case and screen protector "FREE" as part of their "promotion". Never did she mention that they would charge me any amount of money for the "free" accessories. At the end of the purchase I check my receipt and there is a $129.99 charge for the device and a $25 upgrade fee which was expected BUT there is also a $44.99 fee for the case which was supposed to be free. BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure you know what you're buying before you get conned by these thieves.

We were in town for a visit from San Antonio and dropped in to address a problem we were having with one of our phones. The issue was quickly resolved in a very polite, courteous and professional manner. Thank you Samantha and Gustavo for making these two old folks feel a little bit smarter. You are both so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It turned out to be our best experience with Cricket thus far.
