I want to write this post to warn others not to bring their car to crash collision. I brought mine here being told that my car would be taken care of. Instead, my bumper is falling apart, wiring harness is loose, headlight wasn't connected, and bumper is cracking. I was given the car back with cracks in the bumper due to it being forced on the car. I am not happy with my experience here at all. I am still waiting to hear from the manger and supervisor on how this problem is going to be fixed.

Very bad service, they gave me my car all scraped and dirty on the inside when they only had to fix the bumper, the car was driven without permission outside the business, the lights were
They left the positions wrong but I won't go back even to have them fix it. Besides, it took almost 3 weeks to fix that and the car was not on the premises.

Terrible service and terrible work and everything else, had work done on my car and their so called professional body shop techs put zip ties to hold the front bumper, hood and and fenders were not well aligned, they charged the insurance for new parts they never put on my vehicle and to top it off the paint doesn’t even match. So much for their excellent service award!!!Services: Painting

I'm going to leave an honest complete review of this location. I had my vehicle serviced at this location after getting in an accident. The estimate stated that the repair should take five day. Well it did not, and was not within a reasonable time after either. The main issue with this location is their communication with their customers, and their customer service as a whole. I never was called about updates that resulted in the service time being extended. For example on when they ordered wrong parts three different times. When I called the common answer was leave me your phone number and we will call you back. I did every time of course, but never received any call backs. I understand that auto body repairs take time to complete, but that is still not an excuse to ignore customers. This shop also needs practice in punctuality, because when the pickup time was set, I was delayed three times in one day. The work that was performed was decent work, I say only decent because there was a lot of orange peel, I understand that there is a warranty, but not only does it anger customers to have to come back for a service that should have been completed the first time around. It also is bad for business. The last thing I have to say about this location, is that if you are going to use a debit/credit card be prepared for a 3.5% charge that isn't even documented on the final receipt. When you ask for a receipt it should have all the information you were charged for. Since the charge did not make it onto the receipt the only thing that I can assume is that someone is pocketing extra money that is not making it to documentation. In conclusion I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, but If you do not have a choice at least after reading this you can be well prepared.P.S. Do not be fooled by their lifetime warranty signs, and geico express signs because those are false advertisement.Services: Painting

Terrible job they fix my grandparents car and the terrible the paint was one of the worst things and some of the plastic is loose and scratches I don’t recommend taking your car to this place if you’re using your insurance they take advantage of you we have to take it in like three times to fix it and yet they still cant fix it right And they even overheated the engine they put no Coolant and they say they did and the colony had like 600 miles when they overheated it and they couldn’t even put them back windshield wiper right so disappointed I meant to post this when we first got the car back!!!

Don’t recommend this place had my wife’s new car in for a replaced bumper and hood after 5 weeks they called saying car was ready went to go inspect it and come to find out bumper wasn’t installed right hood was not even polished to a shine left it there another day went the next day and hood was still not shined and bumper was even worse but they said it was ready again.. finally I decided to go instead of my wife and point out everything is needs missing plastic locking pins hood shine bumper alignment next day again it’s ready now bumper is semi fixed so we decided to take the car and we left the car with 1/2 tank full and when we leave it was on empty have the proof on paper but they don’t want to Reimbursed our gas. 2nd day car being home bumper is popped out on head lights again.. very unprofessionalServices: Painting

I took my car to have my front bumper replaced and painted. The turnaround was quick, and they even cleaned out my headlights. The paint matched perfectly that nobody can tell a difference. I highly recommend this place.
