Nothing but problems with my daughters car. They sold her a vehicle with alot of issues. One thing after another and of course their “lifetime warranty” doesn’t cover these issues the car already had when it was sold to her. Their attitude changes towards the customer once they’ve made the sale. Very disappointed.

Carlos and Bibb are very sketchy when it comes to customer service. Two lost keys in two visits at their convenience is a not a goo thing. Two different stories about the same vehicle adds to it.

Sold me a 2017 GMC 2500 Sierra online. Truck was listed as having a low 15,000 miles but when I got it it was almost 18,000 miles. No big deal, Car fax checked out OK but I did question them about everything before buying. Was told it had its' 100 point inspection and all was good. While driving home I noticed the transfer case was making noise. Took it to the local GMC dealer and had to replace transfer case bearings. Also sounds like front wheel bearings are going out. I believe this might have been in a flood and that's why the low miles. I later lifted the back seats to load supplies and noticed a lot of broken window glass under the seat. I don't know what happened to this truck but can't believe a 100 point inspection and 3,000 miles of driving didn't alarm any of these guys about previous problems. I noticed all of this within a few days of ownership. Tried to get Autoworld to take it back or at least give me an extended warranty at their expense. They would not help at all. Fortunately the transfer case was covered under warranty but looks like other parts might start failing. $50,000 mistake!
