“They were very nice. My husband and I rented an apartment in Eagle Pass due to him being deployed. We felt very welcoming and it felt like home for the time we were there. We had welcoming neighbors and we were always petting and feeding the friendly neighborhood cats. We leased for three months and allowed us to cut it a week short. I still remember the beautiful sunny days coming back home from the back gate straight up to our apartment. Even when it would rain (my favorite weather) it would be so calming. Perfect for the succulents as well! Such a welcoming atmosphere. We are 7 hours away and I still think about Eagle pass thanks to those welcoming apartments. Eagle Pass was quite hectic but Holly apartments was where I'd rather be at the time being. Even would sit outside on the benches with the pretty awning with those cute community solar lights. Just missing it i guess, but they deserve this review.”
“I have lived here for the past 3 years and I can honestly say I saw a huge improvement when Leuven Group took over the property! Things were fixed, maintenance requests completed, and the property Has never looked better! Not to mention, the customer service Haydee and her staff bring to the property is great! Much needed changes were made and I couldn’t be happier.”
