Orlando Marines was an excellent salesman and a very respectable person too. Could not have asked for any better service that what was provided. He tried to help me with obtaining the best possible price for my desired vehicle no matter how long the process took. Once again it was amazing service, which I highly recommend and will definitely return in the future when in the market for another new vehicle.

Carla went above and beyond with getting my vehicle repaired on a quick time crunch. She answered questions and made arrangements to accomodate the needs of my fleet card and supervisors. Even after she had left the office for the day she kept me updated on my vehicle. I highly recommend Carla and Ancira Ford.

Had oil changed. Didn’t make it home. No water in car. Looked like it was coming out of engine. It was something the mechanics would have noticed. But they didn’t so. Not at all satisfied with their service. Called them to ask about it but service department said the car left the shop in good condition. NOT. Went to another mechanic

This was the worst experience I've had with a service department. Our Jeep Cherokee had a recall for emissions so I brought it here. Although we called ahead to make an appointment, our car was apparently not a priority. Had I not complained about the amount of time it took to finish the repair, we would've been without our car for five days for a repair any competent shop could've completed in a single day. During the process, the service manager was rude and clearly doesn't know the inconvenience going without a family vehicle for several days. Par for this course, the service department has no courtesy cars available. Thankfully our car was available three days later on a Saturday and the manager who gave us our keys was pleasant. Several weeks later, I needed to check the oil only to realize the trim cover for the engine was missing. I called the service department again and received two excuses; "your service representative isn't available" and "the technician who worked on your car no longer works here". None of these explanations had anything to do with the misplaced part, I never received a call back, and we still don't have the part which costs about $100 online to replace used. As someone who has worked in automotive repairs for several years, I'm very disappointed how poorly this shop operates. Unfortunately, this is Eagle Pass and this is the only Jeep dealership. Unless you're bringing your car for a recall and you have no other choice, take your auto repairs somewhere else.Update 10/18/23: Ms. Flores was professional and made things right.

I had to end up leaving my car overnight and I called to see if I could go by and get my garage door opener , my disabled person vehicle tag since my husband is disabled plus a couple of other items. When I arrived , Ray was quick to help get my keys and direct me to my car. When I went to pick my car the next day he took the time to answer the questions that I had. I had a very good experience and Ray provided excellent customer service! Thank you

I had a great experience throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle we chose. The communication with Robert & Raul was great as in listening & discussing all details as for closure. Still had an issue trying to get the “Return Ford customer” rebate amount where Ford Company advised us that we do get the rebate of $2K but it would not show up on the system as giving proof to the Dealer or give any kind of code. Was not much but it would lower the bottom & monthly price. Great personnel though out the office. Thanks again.
