I am deeply disappointed by the racial profiling incident I experienced at ACE Hardware. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of my race or ethnicity. Unfortunately, my recent visit to ACE Hardware left me feeling targeted and uncomfortable.Upon entering ACE Hardware with my friend, we immediately noticed a red-shirted employee who seemed to fixate on us. It was evident that he was following our every move, without making any effort to conceal his intentions. His constant staring and proximity were not only intrusive but also made us feel unwelcome and judged solely based on our appearance.To make matters worse, another employee, a lady, approached us in an abrupt and rude manner. She interrupted our conversation and loudly asked if we needed assistance, as if assuming that we were there for nefarious reasons. We politely responded that we were simply browsing, trying to enjoy our shopping experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but notice her return to the other employee and inform them, "They're just looking around," as if confirming her initial suspicions.This incident of racial profiling not only violated our rights as customers but also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and fosters an atmosphere of discrimination. No one should be made to feel singled out or treated differently based on their race or ethnicity. We entered ACE Hardware with the intention to enjoy our time shopping and to be treated like any other customer, but instead, we were subjected to a degrading experience.As a consumer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to address such incidents promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent them from happening in the future. Racial profiling has no place in any establishment, and it is disheartening to see it occur at ACE Hardware. I hope the management of ACE Hardware will thoroughly investigate this matter, hold the employees involved accountable, and implement appropriate diversity and sensitivity training for the entire staff.It is my sincere hope that my complaint serves as a catalyst for change. I urge ACE Hardware to actively work towards creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their racial or ethnic background. No one should have to endure the kind of discomfort and discrimination that my friend and I experienced during our visit.I sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one and that necessary measures will be taken to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to seeing how ACE Hardware responds to this situation and the steps they take to ensure a more respectful and inclusive shopping experience for everyone.

I went in the morning of Tuesday Feb. 23, 2021. I need plumbing parts like everyone else and it was hectic. The men in the parts dept were very fast, helpful and knowledgeable. The tall, young lady in the front was very kind, well-mannered and patient. High recommendation to all staff. Thank you. Now if I can only figure out how to fix my pipes. PEace.
