Shelves were empty and had nothing that I went in there for. Plus the cost was pretty high in comparison to what I am used to paying. I know this is a small town without a Walmart so you were going to pay more. I left the store without purchasing anything. Will order online or just go to Walmart.

Very dirty store. Trash on the floor like they haven't swept in a month. Merchandise all over the floor. You can't get through the aisles without stepping around or over something.

The worst Family Dollar I ever went to in my entire life. The store is dirty the staff is rude. The store is cramped and I'm sure they don't rotate the product. So beware you may get food poisoning. I wish could give 0 stars.

There is a lot of product crammed into a small space in this store in Eagle Lake, Texas. On the one hand, that's a plus because it keeps you from having to drive to another town and a bigger store to get everyday items. On the downside, it makes shopping a bit claustrophobic. I was, however, able to find an item that was not available at the store across the street. This Family Dollar store could be improved by being tidied up and having product unpacked and placed on shelves instead of in tall stacks of boxes in the already narrow aisles.

Employees are nice and the store is well kept most of the time unlike dollar General! I prefer family dollar having my business.
