“I'm so happy to have an H-E-B with so many nice people in it and helpful people they r r e doing some freezers in the middle of the store but besides that it's wonderful and I know once it's done it's going to be even better the associates people who work there if you didn't know what associates mean period are so kind I wanted to buy a drink once and the register was closed and one of the ladies went over and make sure I could have the cup so I can go pay it or normal register. Then they have a nice little area to sit and eat or even charge your phone. They have free Wi-Fi you sign on and you agree to their contract not doing anything stupid or illegal. They have good meat great variety good prices and to top it all off the meal deals buy one or two or three items and get like 8 other items free what more can you ask. I know when I used to live in Killeen that was the best part of it now here in Abilene I found my love once again.
Update that I don't live in Abilene anymore, but I have to say this last visit was absolutely amazing. I love every part of it I miss it so much it's literally the best H-E-B that I know of. the customer service here is immaculate and I think all the other HEBs should take pointers from this one customer care, love, concern for others the willingness to move even I've seen people with bad days be so much more happier here I am so thankful for this H-E-B I wish you all were a little bit of everywhere.
(I have to admit my anxiety was really bad when I was in Abilene and I didn't realize it was a day before Thanksgiving a couple years back before the pandemic I had an anxiety attack on the Chip aisle right before Thanksgiving and an employee came and found me help me out and I appreciate that so much if more stores was like that and concern for their customers the world would be a better place.)”
“Cody from Sears fixed my refrigerator. The guy that Select Home Warranty sent me before him came out twice and couldn't figure out the problem, not to mention being 3 hours late after a no show the day before. Sears tech, Cody diagnosed properly, ordered correct part, and installed it. My refrigerator is no longer freezing products in the refrigerator section. And he wasn't late!Thank you Cody.”

Want to thank the lady that was walking thru the store talking on her cell phone and hit me in my left hip n said "oh" n kept on going. No Apology or Excuse Me! Nice to know that wen sum1 hits a handicap person, cause pain, n make it harder to walk, they think being ignorant n not apologizing n walking away is ok to them. PUT THE PHONE UP N PAY ATTENTION TO WAT UR DOING N WHER UR WALKING SO U DONT HIT ANOTHER HANDICAP INDIVIDUAL!!”
“I Love ROSS!! My only complaint is the lack of selection for sizes large and up. I feel as though they could have a better more diverse selection for plus sizes. There is a minimal selection of size large and extra large in women's clothes. But I still give Ross five stars because the store is awesome and the prices are very reasonable.”

“Really like this place. The lower lighting and amazing air-conditioning is soothing after working in the hot sun all day. Really nice staff here - they are quick to assist you if you require it. They stock a good selection of fasteners, hardware, tools, agriculture maintenance stuff, and other things you may need. Lines usually move pretty quickly and they open another register when things back up.”
“I shopped in the jewelry dept in Abilene, TX on 6/14/23. I was searching for a necklace for my mom so she can place the pendant that holds my sister’s ashes on a sturdy, pretty necklace. We were helped by Joe Welsh. He was super helpful and friendly in allowing mom to try on the jewelry and informing us of the deals JC Penney had, helped me get a new JCP Credit card because my old one had turned off due to inactivity. I was so pleased and excited about the purchase and customer service that i had forgotten my temporary credit card at the counter! I took my mom to her dr appt then we went back to shop! :) I didn’t even realize that I didn’t have my temporary CC. Joe saw me at checkout, approached me and asked my name before handing over the temporary Credit card. I appreciate that he was cautious in this & honest! My entire interaction with Joe Welsh was pleasant and appreciated! I was wanting to leave a review but realized my access code for survey was only valid for 10 days :( . I have been so busy working 12 hr shifts as an RN in the ER and finally have a day off now to catch up on things.God Bless JCP for hiring good, helpful, honest employees & God Bless Joe Welsh!”
“Such a neat gift shop! Took a relative in for some local souvenirs, and I ended up walking out with more stuff than her...LOL.The people working there were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely bring all out-of-towners here for their souvenir wants and needs!”
“Picked up a set of towels and they were super soft and absorbent Egyptian cotton. $11 large towel, $8 hand towel, and $6 face cloth. Good prices for the quality! Ended up going back a buying a set of 4 for a Christmas gift. Only issue is there was only 3 hand towels. When going to discount shops, this happens and no guarantees of the same towel being available again.”

“Thai place has lots of goodies for all walks of life. I really enjoyed their selection of hardware. Bought several items I didn't expect they would have liked flashlight Bluetooth speakers and other gadget's.”
“Go there all year around for cleaning products, fist aide products, decorations for varies holidays, cokes, milk, kids toys, home decor and many other products. At Christmas time they have many different family gifts to choose from.”

“Usually a quick option when compared to other pharmacies in the area. Because of it's location, there is not too much parking lot traffic that you have to wait through to get there either.”
“This Walmart location is large and clean. Has a lot of variety. Parking situation is what you would expect for Walmart ? check out is a lot easier at this location. They have a lot more options for self check and always have several registers open if you prefer to let someone else check you out. Their bakery-produce area is bigger at this location than the ones I've seen in Oklahoma. The produce is always fresh. The staff is usually pretty helpful. There was one lady at the money center that was a little, I don't know, snippety? I really don't know how to describe it but that was just one lady. The other staff I've interacted with were more than happy to help with any inquiries I had.”
