This rating is on 1 in particular employee, Nakeidra. The few times I have gone in, this chic is on point! Nakeidra is bubbly and friendly. She greets you as you enter the doors, and as you check out in the express lines. She oversees and monitoring 9 self checkout machines while keeping the flow of the lines MOVING. Not only does she assist you with your questions, but if need be, I've watched her suspend your transaction, then retrieve it at her post and finalize your purchase. Nakeidra knows what she's doing!!! Very polite, customers service driven and definitely deserves an Atta Girl and recognition a job well done! Thank you, sister, for being you!

I like this grocery store. Doesn't have everything, but has anything one would need. I wish this location had pastor pork, but no big deal. I do wish they would allow credit card payments. You can only use cash and debit.

I love Winco, since they opened, im a loyal customer!! I promotes here, but "I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN'T GET A MONEY ORDER/CS of NO KIND, BUT LET THEM ASSURE YOU,THEY SELL THEM!" Today June 12 2024, I went to winco at 6:50pm and the lady in self checkout had a DISGUSTING ATTITUTE absolutely not what I expected as a daily costumer. Instead of gossiping about H-E-B employees they should of been more attentive about their customers. ?
The whole point of this review is i wanted to cancel some stuff from my receipt and the lady there treated me like garbage, made me repeat myself more than 5 times like she didn't understand english... This is for Winco manger and managing department... please get the clerks some proper training in customer service so they are able to treat customers better.
