Contacted on a Sunday to come look at a car. We live an hour and a half away. Kept him updated on time we would arrive. Get here it's locked and he is rude af. I wouldn't trust buying from him the way he responded.

Steer Clear of these Crooks. They stole my money and didn't pay the TTL or the lien they owed on the car I bought from them. Then the car broke down 2 weeks after purchase and the extended warranty they sold me was useless. Eddie Estrada / Owner will not take my calls or reply to my voicemails.

Guys at West Coast really took care of us! Bought a car as is, but began to have some problems with it the next day. Found out it was going to cost more than the car was worth to repair. I called and talked to them about it. They let me exchange for another car despite it being an "as is" transaction. They made it right and even met me on a Sunday. I would be happy to use them again and refer them to friends! Thanks Eddie and Dusty!

I DROVE FROM EL PASO TO VIEW A TRUCK I FOUND ON AUTOTRADER WITH WEST COAST AUTO GROUP. PRIOR TO TAKING A RISK AND DRIVING MORE THAN 8 HOURS I WANTED TO FEEL MORE SURE ABOUT THIS 2006 DODGE DIESEL. I SPOKE WITH A SALES PERSON ABOUT EVERY DETAIL ON THE TRUCK. HE SAID THEY HAD CHANGED THE OIL AND FUEL FILTER. AS WELL AS BALL JOINTS. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS GREETED VERY WELL AND BY NAME. THEY GAVE ME THE KEYS AND SHOWED ME TO THE TRUCK. I WAS THEN TOLD TO CHECK THE TRUCK AND WHEN I WAS READY TO LET HIM KNOW. I LOVED THAT THEY WERENT OVER MY SHOULDER TRYING TO SELL IT TO ME. I TOOK MY TIME AND THEN TOOK IT FOR A DRIVE. I SECRETLY TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC I HAD PREVIOUSLY SET A MEETING WITH. HE CONFIRMED THAT THE OIL, FILTERS AND BALL JOINTS WERE ALL REPLACED. I THEN RETURNED AND FINISHED THE DEAL. IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TRUCK AND SERVICE. PLUS THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE I LOOKED IN TEXAS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I contacted the dealership about a 2006 Dodge Mega Cab and was told it was getting 21 MPG and requested a Car Fax Report. I drove 100 miles to test drive this truck only to find out #1 the drivers door handle was broken and would not open, #2 the DVD player advertised had been ripped out of the truck, #3 electric running boards were not working (although they claimed to have been), #4 the emergency brake light stayed on, #5 there was a chirping noise in the dash constantly going off the whole time I was driving it.After getting back to the dealership and pointing out everything that was going on with the truck they stated that truck was only getting 16 maybe 17 MPG. I asked again to see the Car Fax Report and they could not locate it but said they would email it to me . Also, they said they would get everything fixed and when they did I could meet them half way and would prefer a cashiers check. I have yet to receive a Car Fax Report on this vehicle. You would think that a dealership would have all of the problems fixed with a vehicle before even offering it for sale. Much less knowingly have someone drive 100 miles to come look at it. This truck has been on their lot for 3 weeks (or so they say) so they have had plenty of time to have everything checked out on it. Too many red flags on this dealership!!!
