I got a cold/hot cup that I used my points to purchase. When I tried to return it because it was defective, it wouldn't open/close. I was asked to give her receipt. I wasn't given one, but it was in my app. The manager did not understand that I bought it defective and just wanted to exchange it. After about 15 minutes explaining it, she then agreed to exchange it.

This place is really busy. They have a 24hr fitness, I saw a beauty nail store and there is a Taco place open next to Starbucks.
