I bought a chain for a pendant at a jeweler in Carrollton and the clasp pulled loose from the chain the first time I put it on. I didn't want to drive 40 min one way to have them fix it. Nick fixed it and welded the loop so it wouldn't happen again. Plus there is a lifetime warranty on all repairs!”
