This place needs new management at the top and in the location. Hire people and stop worrying about the payroll numbers. You’re loosing $$. We the customers will keep leaving you and never return. It’s ridiculous to be this way for 10 years continuously. Let’s do better in our community Walgreens. Best of luck

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for years and the pharmacy staff always greet me by my name and always go above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied and any issues are resolved before I leave the Pharmacy.

24 hours waiting for the medicine and my children are still without their medicine... look for another option... this is not the best option

I have been using this Walgreens for years. Sometimes people think that the ladies who run the pharmacy are rude but I think they just have a lot of different people who are sick in not in the best of moods to deal with and I can imagine it's a lot. I have never had a bad experience here they all seem to very helpful. I have to give a huge shout out to the male pharmacist he is always very understanding and compassionate about making sure to handle anything to do with my medication and my insurance. There's been a lot of issues with my insurance but he has taken care of single things that was needed to keep my medication following as normal. Thank you doing such a amazing job.

Pharmacies are required under HIPAA to implement reasonable safeguards to protect patients' Protected Health Information (PHI). This includes arranging the space or using measures to prevent PHI from being easily overheard by others not involved in the patient's care. However, at this pharmacy, the privacy measures are inadequate due to the cramped space near the partially closed glass door, particularly just before closing and it's busy. The early closing time exacerbates the situation, leading to a crowded and less confidential environment. It would greatly improve the service if the pharmacy could address these privacy and accessibility concerns to ensure both confidentiality and convenience for all patients.

Loretta in the photo department was awesome! She went above and beyond for my order. They were out of canvas for my order and she called another store to finish my order. Thank you so much. I always come here for photos the store is very clean and everyone is always helpful.

Slow service all day long. I waited at the window 20 minutes to get my medication while 5 cars was behind me waiting. Terrible!

I tried to get pain medication over the counter and Lottera did not want to sell me any EVEN though I am old enough to buy over the counter medication. She refused my ID just because it’s from another state. Bad customer service, rude, and racism from Lottera

Don't ever come here if you need a prescription. Long lines even though they don't seem understaffed at all.

November 16, 2023 around 6:30 pm, I went to pick up my prescription and I tried to provide my Rx coupon code to the lady that works the window and she refused my code. I had a few dollars off my prescription and I was looking forward to using it. This should be against Walgreens policy to refuse a coupon code. I had no choice but to pay for it due to my pain level. If I wasn’t in any pain I would have went somewhere else. It would have taking just a few seconds to enter in the code.
