Not sure how they have 4 plus stars our experience with them was much less worthy than 4 stars. Starts with after hours call on a loaded 34 degree load and between the calling service and poor communication the driver was sitting in the parking lot at 6:00 PM call the after hours service center at 4:30 PM many phone calls later at about midnight a manager called the driver and said if had to be done now he would come in but they open early and they would get it done. So we check in with them first thing in the morning we didn’t get out until 5:45 PM basically 24 hour to have hose replaced and system recharged with freon bill was 1700$Unit looks to be fixed and working.After hours I would give them a 1 starDay crew was slow they get 2 stars.Thank god the unit was still able to keep the product cool on stop start but it would shut down on continues run not sure the difference it was low on freon.

Went in for APU service after having had problems for months. My service person was Rupert. He did an absolutely amazing job. Find out the problem was my alternator, which had only been installed weeks before. Went the extra mile to make was covered under warranty. Both Rupert and W&B went the extra mile.Both

A huge shoutout to Emily and Victoria in the office for always welcoming me with a smile ?To Rupert, Jose Munos & George Gonzales for going above and beyond including the nice bald guy for listening to me of what problems I was having with my sick APU ???Thank you Jose Munos for taking the time to explain to me what was causing all the issues I was having.You rock!The Duncanville crew always smile and make me feel welcomed!I won’t go anywhere else but this Duncanville W & B to have work done from problem solving or a PM on my APU!

Had a -10 degree load this weekend and my reefer decided she didn’t want to cool below 30 and kept shutting off.Didn’t want to pay the call-out weekend fee but didn’t want to get an insurance claim even more lol.I’m really happy I did though!! Got an awesome technician by the name of Zane Gifford.Zane checked my reefer out thoroughly and explained to me what was going on and gave me some other pointers that I’m sure will come in handy!Cost me a pretty penny but of course it would of cost a lot more if I didn’t get it fixed!!!I have to thank Carrier for stocking the Stepper Module Valve board I needed and Zane for knowing his job and taking pride in his work!Definitely recommend the Duncanville W & B

Had a overheating problem that we've been trying to get resolved for a few months, brought our Frieghtliner in and Jovanni Torres got the problem resolved finally! He is the most genuinely polite young man and did great work in a timely manner.Thank you!

Joe S. saved my tale! We were down and told from a different that the trailer needed a new board. I called and they sent Joe out; it was a simple clutch. He had the unit up and running in less than two hours. Thank you W and B and thank you JOE!

My service tech Jovanni Torres was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the issues. My trailer was having. He provided me with service tips on how to keep my trailer running also repaired it in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and this shop for trailer repairs.

I take my reefer # 701. to this location Doncanville, TX and Technician John Liu. Working on it and Fixed 35 minutes. I highly recommend it to all the drive to ask for them.

We came here to get our trailer repaired after our hub seal broke. Giovanni was super helpful and courteous!I loved how he kept us informed of the progress of the trailer. He was super respectful and answered all my ton of questions!You ROCK Giovanni!!

An overall good experience. Fast and efficient. They did inside and out trailer repair. The tech working on my trailer hit a glitch but props to him, Rupart, for pulling it out in the end. Gotta thank Emily, who's at the service counter, She understood what work was being requested and did great making sure all was good. I'll be returning when more repairs are needed. Thanks everyone !
