He called me throughout the repair process, updating me on other issues found, and never pressured me with "doom and gloom pressure that it had to be done immediately. I gave the okay to proceed.When I drove it home, I was amazed at the difference. I had no idea how bad my truck was handling before Kyle repaired it.
