Terrible customer service. Very rude and condescending, despite my efforts to engage in a pleasant interaction. I have pulled all prescriptions and will no longer use the local pharmacy. I wish we could leave no stars.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I recently had to transfer over my prescriptions from my other pharmacy and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My prescriptions take weeks to fulfill now. I have to constantly check as they don’t update their app as they should. I really wish they’d get it together because it would be nice to be able to get my meds where I shop for groceries.

The one who is at the checkout today at the pharmacy on November 24 is rude. For 7 minutes he didn't even want to answer a question, he says he only answers questions at 9. Irresponsible, they collect medicines for the sick there.

Not very welcoming even going in to ask about job openings. In this day and time never forget that you to was on the other side on the counter or online applying for a job. Calling didn’t help because no one answers. No good morning response. Not friendly at all.

This USED to be a great pharmacy. Now they always have too few people working and no one will ever answer the phone. It should not take 4 days to refill a basic prescription that has refills, and yet it does for some reason. They won't let you call controlled meds in early but if you call in when you can, you just might run out and endure withdrawal. This has happened to me so many times and it's horrible to experience every single time.

Long story short, this is the most disorganized pharmacy and that prescriptions are never filled on time, they blamed the doctor for not sending the prescription every time they don’t have it, even after refilling it on their system and today the pharmacist told me that a prescription that I have been picking up for years was not even on the profile! I told him to look again and he says oh I apologize it is. The question then is how did your pharmacy even know about this free bill if it doesn’t even exist! When you expressed frustration, they tell you to call them down and maybe consider another pharmacy. Real story. This has been my pharmacy for over 20 years and the turnover is incredible with staffing, so hopefully someone reads all of these Google reviews to see that this 2.0 rating must mean something.

Seriously can NEVER get a hold of someone from the pharmacy. Every time I call they answer and then hang up! I understand that it gets super busy, but at least let me know to hold or something instead of hanging up on me. They’re also extremely disorganized. Every time I pick up my prescription there’s always something wrong.

My doctor called in a rx and I tried calling for 4 days and no one ever answered. I left messages to be called back to no avail. Finally after a week and half I got e mail that the rx was ready. I went o get it and I had a coupon to get 2 months for free. There were two girls, no names because they didn't have on name tags, probably so you couldn't complain about them. I couldn't us the coupon because the girls told me my husband was too old, it was expired, and I it wouldn't go through all the while the pharmacist,'Thi Pham, is watching all this go on. He finally comes over and says the girls are working on this issue, never offered to help. So after 30 minutes I finally just pay for it. I get home and there was supposed to be 30 pills but there was only 11 in the bottle. It was the original bottle. Worst experience ever.

Horrible pharmacy. They REFUSE to answer their phones. I’ve called 11 times since yesterday and no answer. I went up there twice and sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes and no one came to help. They simply don’t care. They give you a “ready” time only to then tell you it’s still not ready at that time. Please save yourself the anxiety and pick any other pharmacy!

Some of the pharmacists at this location are EXTREMELY RUDE and they pretend that they care for the customer when, in reality, they don't at all. Some of them are AWFUL and DISRESPECTFUL. TRY TO AVOID THE PHARMACY AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION IN DUNCANVILLE. I am changing all my prescriptions to another pharmacy where employees do really care for their customers.

The system for getting vaccinated is not working for all that apply. And when you bring the problem to workers. They just give you this Oh well look. Tom Thumb in the past employed people with better customer service. A lot of stores are loosing customers and closing down.
