They’re very knowledgeable on what they do and will always take care of what needs to get done! Very respectful people too the best perk I can say about duncanville tire shop is the price compared to everyone else as well as the quality of the work they do is awesome! When I moved to duncavillle I went to several other shops nearby asking for quotes just to put tires on new rims with sensors and everyone else was over priced big time ! He told me $100 and he’ll put tires and new sensors on my Silverado it’s been over 2 years and I still go there because the service is great ! Don’t miss out on what they have to offer used tires or new tires they can get it done ??? They’re also family business which is really cool God bless the duncanville tire shop! They got me locked in as a customer for life !”

“I was looking for a tire place close by. And found them not to far from my house.. My tire pressure light was on. I stopped by and I had a nail in my tire. Martin plugged it. I was in and out. Every was really nice. Great customer service.”

“So my son had a blowout along I 20 in Duncanville. I was working from home, so while he changed his tire on to the donut spare, I searched out a quick fix for him. Fortunately he and the car were fine. The Duncanville Tire Center is quick, cheap, responsive, and really helped my son quickly to get back on the road. They fixed the blowout tire, and sold us another tire on the front, because it really needed it. My son was in an out in 20 minutes for less than $90 for two tires (granted they were used). I'd go back, just to say thanks.”

“Very good business man Jose. I pulled up specifically to get a tire change and a plug on another tire. When he took off the tire he notice something to point out to me. He could have ignored it and only paid attention to the job i was paying him to do but he didn’t. He went above and beyond to help me. My sway bar link was broken. He took it off. He helped me to find it real quick and i returned and he put it on for me. He also tagged the little plastic piece under the bumper that had been hanging from pulling up to close to curbs. I didn’t even know he did it u til afterwards. He didn’t have to but he did. I would definitely recommend to try this place out. Quickly responds to customers arriving and multi-tasks.”

“I visited this store this week looking for a specific item I had purchased here before. Couldn't find it. It had been moved. Found an employee who told me where she thought the product was and basically pointed in the general direction. She was wrong (and lazy.) Then I found Yolanda who was folding clothes in the apparel department. Miss Yolanda stopped what she was doing, led me on a search and found the product for me! Thank you, Yolanda! You did your company proud. I'm hoping Costco management reads this and realizes your value as a five star employee.”

“Contacted Carlin when my front driver's side control arm broke while driving in D'ville. Had the car towed to his garage, and he was able to replace the lower control arms, shocks, and ball joints quickly and properly. They were honest, and kept me in the loop with progress, and treated me fairly. Definitely recommend using this mechanic.Service: Steering & suspension repair”

“It has its ups and down you know. Overall its a great place everyone there is straight forward in the lobby, not sure in the shop. My only concern with the shop, they over torque my lug nuts everytime i go, and when its time for me to do a job at my house that recquires me to remove the wheel, i can't its over torqued and im not able to loosen the lug nuts with my raw power, so thats the only drawback, other than that, its a great place.”

“I have used this place for years. Whenever I get a flat tire, I am in and out in 10 minutes or less. I ran over a screw or nail. Inflated my tire and drive here. The guy walked over, plugged my tire, and I was driving home in 4 minutes! I highly recommend! And they are open 24 hours! I've had to drive here after 11:30pm one time. Fixed my tire quick!”
