I recently had a printing issue at the UPS store and was initially dissatisfied with the quality and the time it took to complete my order. However, the manager Reginald Davis stepped in and truly went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. He took the time to fix the issues and even added enhancements to my products that made a significant difference. His dedication to customer service and teamwork is evident; he really gets in the trenches with his employees. This is definitely a fantastic place to both work and do business. Highly recommend!

Lied and said notary services stopped at 6:30. Arrived at 6:40 waited in line 10 minutes to be lied to. Extremely disappointed with the low level of professionalism from their employees!!!

This is usually the place I go when I need to ship something out. Lines can be out the door but the service is always efficient. Nice staff. Clean areas. I’ve never had any issue here. :)

Rude employee, laughed at me for not knowing where the line was. There are no signs telling you where to form a line. So unorganized and unprofessional.

I was charged $7.99 for them to tape a box closed. Make sure you are taping your boxes before you leave home. Utter foolishness.

Came into the store to mail some letters and photos to my son in boot camp. Ms. Linda was so wonderful and helpful with helping me get the right supplies and right shipping to get the letters and photos to my home sick son as fast as possible. Thank you Ms. Linda!!

Just walked out of the store so thankful for all the help I got from each of the employees.
I had dropped off an item only to realize when I got home that it was the wrong one, when I went back I was panicking hoping that it hadn’t been shipped off yet— 3 of the employees reassured me and allowed me to go and see if I could find it in the back of the store— we went through security camera footage and even asked every other worker in the office, every single employee helped me look around !
Thank goodness we found my package and turned in the right one— I can’t thank this office enough for all they did for me, it was very nice of them to take time out of their work to help me look, this place has such a kind environment and helpful staff.

Had a return to ship through UPS, so I went to the actual store to make sure the shipment went through. Clerk couldn't scan the label HE printed, so I got turned away because they didn't know what to do. Please train your employees better on how to help customers. I sent the label to the store as instructed. The employee kept saying I had to make it a pdf file, but the label was already a pdf file. The employees where too busy laughing and making jokes so I just left. I'm waiting for another label from seller, hopefully another location will actually help me.
