Do not go to this location. They would not tell me if they have a phone in stock over the phone. He looked into my account and was unable to find me saying I was with Metro when I literally purchased my phone in their store. Not helpful at all. We had to leave and go to cedar Hill location.

Lily is AMAZING!! She knows everything there is to know about the service! She was soooo helpful and super sweet! Alexis was great too, he got everything started for us and Lily was able to pick up where he left off effortlessly. Great store, amazing staff. I would give 10 stuff I could!

Worst customer service experience for any kind of service in my entire life. I've been a manager before, and I would have sent home or fired the young man who attended us. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged, and when he came out, you could tell he was all the way drugged up. He was even giving off such a bad odor that I had to cover my nose with my shirt. He was mumbling to himself, was incoherent, kept walking away from us to pace nervously around the door while talking to himself, and even dialed his personal phone and spoke to someone on his earpiece. We were completely shocked. When he finally brought out the phone, he began to ring up a charger that we did not ask for. When we mentioned that we did not need the charger, he became belligerent (another symptom of drug use) and said, "Do you want to buy this phone then?!" We nodded and said yes. He repeated, "This phone right here?" while he tapped on the box with shaking jittery hands.Finally, he took our card to charge the phone and walked away pacing again near the front doors (paranoia) and then charged us a $35 "activation fee" for pressing the button on the side that turns on the phone.....He then tried to connect to the wifi to set up the phone and took so long, kept missing buttons and having trouble through his shaking hands, that we took the phone as is and left. We were able to set up the phone at home within 10 minutes.I am in complete shock over this experience.....

Terrible I went to this store and I was not even acknowledged by an employee at all and there was a line. I had to ask ppl in line where the line began. Because no one at tmobile said a thing. Very unprofessional.

I went into this store to get my voicemail fixed. I had not been able to access it for a while. Robert was very helpful and fixed it within 5 minutes no charge. Thanks Robert!!!?

If there was anything more than 5 stars to give Raul I sure would. He is the kindest most respectful young man I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time in a business environment. I have had 2 interactions with him and both were amazing. Very well mannered he is. He took his time and made sure my every need was met. T-Mobile is lucky to have such a Star in him

I went in store because my E-sim wasn’t working. When I explained the issue to the manager “FLORENCIO” he redirected me to my house and told me that the issue could be solved there. I HAVE NO CELLULAR SERVICE and no land line at home. He then told me to ask my husband for his phone, I’m not married and I don’t have a clue why he thought I was. He finally let me use the phone at the store to call my brother for help. He embarrassed me infront of people and belittled me for asking for help. That’s not all, he threatened to kick me out the store because of my “attitude” which he misunderstood for me feeling hopeless and him making it impossible to get my phone back on track. WORST SERVICE I’ve ever received and sadly this person is the manager at the store.

Super helpful staff answered all my question from the moment I walked but I have to give a huge shout out to Florencio, he was the one who was able to get me set up and took charge soon as I entered. He has amazing customer service and is a pleasure to work with.

Every time I go to this location the staff is either rude, or does not properly understand the issue that I need help with. Tylar in particular was not able to properly help with an issue that was on the side of t-mobile. If Tylar does not know how to do his job that’s fine. But it would help if he had a positive attitude and not be so rude. Thankfully when I called customer service the nice person on the phone was able to point out that the reason I was having issues with billing was on their side.

I see why this location has such bad reviews. The customer service here is TERRIBLE. I just walked into the store and waited about 8-10 min. No greeting, no “How may we help you today?”, no “We will be right with you.” If you can avoid this T-Mobile location, PLEASES DO. Save yourself the headache.
