Customer service was amazing, they have all types of furniture if you think they don’t have something I promise they do. Jocy was very professional and respectful helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was very patient with me, she didn’t rush me into anything I wasn’t sure about. I asked for my purchase to be delivered and it was on time and done very quickly, I love my new furniture and I’m very excited to continue shopping here

Customer service is great. They were very helpful and responsive. I gave 3 stars because the couch I purchased 2 months ago is not comfortable. You can hear squeaky sounds when you sit down and also feel the wood.

I had a amazing experience with step by step furniture, from the moment I walked in to the moment the furniture was delivered and assembled. the lady at the store was more than helpful and super sweet throughout the whole process. The prices were super reasonable & affordable, all the furniture were high quality & very appealing to the eye. their delivery service was very prompt, they called before arriving and called when they got here. the gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job assembling my bedroom furniture. I am definitely shopping here again for my next set and will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANY BUSINESS!! The young girl is very rude! We parked there and decided to look in the store next door first and there second. There is NO sign that says parking only for their store. As we were leaving out the store, she says next time you have to park over there and you parked bad so my manager will automatically call to have you towed. I told her it wouldn’t matter because we would not be back. From the looks of it.. she should have welcomed ANY customer since they had none.

Great customer service by all of the staff!! Very nice selection with very. Competitive pricing. Quality was excellent and when the beds were delivered, the gentleman was extremely polite and professional. I am so glad we checked this location. Everyone needs to help and shop the smaller businesses. Please stop in and visit!
