Got my feet and hands done with my girlfriend. Not only were these asian or chinese people extremely rude talking to one another in their native tongue but extremely rough on the bottom of my feet
Couldn't put the clear jel coat on correctly and couldn't cut my girlfriends nails to the right shape either and when asked to do the correct shape ,throws hands up In the air and exclaimed " eye don't know ask de gawds" as to say
" ask the gods to shape the nails correctly "
Ive been to maybe 20 nail places ,wanted to try this one ,was by far the worst experience having my feet ever done lol

Affordable but super, super slow. I was there for over 2 hours for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much but I was taken straight back with no wait time. I had my kids with me and they got pedicures also. The kids enjoyed it but were ready to go after an hour and a half. They also only take debit card, which is incredibly annoying bc I specifically took a gift card for this expense. Granted, I can spend the gift card somewhere else to replace what was debited, it’s still just annoying bc I had already informed the Mr. that I was paying via GC. The salon is also super dirty and the ladies talked trash the entire time, like it’s 2024 - people know more than language and if they don't, Google Translate is available. This place gets a 3-star specifically bc they are affordable.

I love this place I usually would get my nails done in pleasant grove but this place is way more affordable and they do great nails. I’ve never had a bad experience and they are always welcoming with good mannerisms. Highly recommended ‼️

WORST NAIL SALON IN DUNCANVILLE!!!!They will over charge and give you the worst service !!! They are so rough with you , No shape and not what I showed the lady. They will give you fungus. THEY NEVER change their polishes I’ve seen them use the same polishes for over 15 years. I have stopped coming here because they refused to give us service after being a client for almost a decade just because I was being honest with them.Services: Sculpted nails

Terrible experience here. Do not come here. Go to fantasy nails! I came here yesterday for a new set and I hated them. I tried to just keep them on but they started to hurt my fingers. I do lashes and I had clients all day until 6pm, so I got here at 6:10. When I came in yesterday they told me that they closed at 7:30. Today when I walked in to try to get them removed not even trying to get them removed for free I was going to pay to get them removed she told me sorry we're closed and then giggled. I told her that they really hurt my fingers and that I can't do anything with them and that I needed them removed she said sorry come next week. First of all the lady rushed she got them done in 40 minutes because she was trying to rush to the next client. Do not come here. If I knew this set was going to be this shitty I wouldn't have came here. I guess you get what you pay for. Not to mention these were supposed to be $40 but she CUT ME TWICE. SO THEY only charged me $32. Do not waste your time or money here.

Visited Nail Salon as a walk in for a pedicure at 10:15 am was told the usual pick out a color I waited for 15 min.Tech told me go chair 2 she turned the water on walked away.I tested water myself for temp.She comes over and turns water off.After I have placed my feet in the water she asked how would I be paying?Mmm why is what I am thinking I say with a card.She then tells me card machine is down.I immediately let her know how valuable my time was and how they allowed me to sit for a total of 20min.I asked for a towel to dry my feet off so I could leave.Before I left I told her how unprofessional the nail salon was by not informing customers that had issues with form of payments.She was not bothered and did not care.I will never visit this salon again and will definitely tell all my friends and family not to as well.
