However, the manager Reginald Davis stepped in and truly went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. He took the time to fix the issues and even added enhancements to my products that made a significant difference. His dedication to customer service and teamwork is evident; he really gets in the trenches with his employees. This is definitely a fantastic place to both work and do business. Highly recommend!”

“Not too pleased with UPS, on that day. The label on my package had faded. So the clerk recommended that I email the label to UPS, and let them print it. Welp, it cost me $1.58, for me to email & have them print it out. We will not be doing that again. Bait & switch......”

“How do you write a review for a shipping service? Hmmm let's see. They offered me the right size box. Weighed my package perfectly. I'm sure they taped it well and handled it properly with care all the way to the airport. Ummm it flew in the air at a steady pace and landed smoothly. Took another quick ride to Brooklyn and was processed at the next FedEx store where it was then delivered to my father whom I assume was very happy. Shipping a full suitcase from Texas to NYC because my dad left it behind rushing to the airport is Not cheap but it had to done because my daddy needed whatever was inside right away ( who rushes to get to an airport 3 hours early”
“The staff here are very nice and professional. Today, I wanted to return a large and heavy package, and I wanted to inquire about the cost of returning it. The staff learned that my package was very heavy. Despite the rain, He helped me bring the package into the store and gave me good advice. After the process was completed, He even helped me deliver the package to my car. I am very grateful to this staff member.”
