“This is the absolute BEST UPS Store in the DFW Metroplex in my opinion. It is a bit tricky to drive into and park but well worth that little bit of extra effort. The staff always greet me with a smile and a Hello. I want to also point out that free returns from Amazon are not always just a drop off, sometimes one has to packaged and print the label at home and drop it off, I'm guessing that it depends on the Amazon vendor.
It happened to me once and the employee point it out, and it is true, one has to read the instructions adjacent on the Amazon barcode.”

“How do you write a review for a shipping service? Hmmm let's see. They offered me the right size box. Weighed my package perfectly. I'm sure they taped it well and handled it properly with care all the way to the airport. Ummm it flew in the air at a steady pace and landed smoothly. Took another quick ride to Brooklyn and was processed at the next FedEx store where it was then delivered to my father whom I assume was very happy. Shipping a full suitcase from Texas to NYC because my dad left it behind rushing to the airport is Not cheap but it had to done because my daddy needed whatever was inside right away ( who rushes to get to an airport 3 hours early”
“I wanted to leave a really good review for this UPS location. I recently had to send my daughters in for a repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the button wasn’t working. Apple received the iPad and sent me photos stating that the iPad was shattered and bent, stating I would have to pay a lot for it to be repaired. I let them know that when I sent my iPad was In good condition and they told me that they were going to have to escalate it so I called the store to see if there was anyway they could get footage of me taking my iPad in to get sent to Apple because then you would be able to see that the iPad wasn’t broken. They went above and beyond to get the footage for me. I really appreciate them. I will be taking all my shipping business to them from now on.”
