“I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and this morning I get a message complaining about after hours when we don't even go at night. This company should never send messages that a loyal customer has not done. It feels like we're going to have a problem now I'm considering moving companies. Plus the rates have increased by the double after 5 & 9 months. Before 2020 it was an increase of $50 every year like a normal contract. Not anymore. Its a shame. This location has been absolutely wonderful but corporate is Messing up with the auto texting”
