I have been going here for over 5 years and I just love love them!!!! The customer service is great and the prices are still reasonable! When every other nail shop prices went ridiculously high, their prices stayed damn near the same!!!!!

The worst shop ever. The little old man that sits at the front is rude mean and doesn't listen to what the customer asked for. I went to get a full set and my nails looked like a cat did them. The shape was horrible the powder was lumpy and the length was all over the place. When I told him i didn't like them he got mad. Don't see how thy have 4 .0 stars

This place is horrible. I came here with a friend who's been coming here for years. We came in to get a pedicure together and catch up. The pedicure went ok for me because i just requested basic white gel polish. Well my friend usually gets regular polish but she decided to get gel since I raved on how long it lasts. Well she picked a gel but since she's a regular the owner Tina told the tech to give her regular polish because that's what she always get. Well when they were painting her toes I said you know that's not gel right? She didn't know because again she usually gets regular polish. So this is issue number one. They didn't give her what she asked for because TINA told them to give her regular polish. Ok so she also wanted her nails done. I said hey they should be able to do your nails at the same time....Tina was like no I'll do it later when she's done with her pedi. Meanwhile, We finish our pedi's. It's after 8 and they've locked the doors. Well people kept coming to the door and Tina let in at least 4 more ladies and they were serviced while my friend waited. Issue number 2. So she finally starts on her, she clearly shows them how she wants her nails and Tina does her own thing once again and her nails looked nothing like what she requested. On check out I was given my total and it was half of what I pay at my regular salon. So I'm like ok I'll try them again since I'm saving half of what I normally pay. Which brings us to today. So today I arrived at 2:45, walked in at the same time as another little old lady who appeared to be about 80 years old. So we're both seated and a tech stopped from working on her client, ran our water and we both placed our feet in the water. 15 mins passed and we're still sitting there without any communication. So Tina and her sister walked in from lunch I suppose.....Tina sprinkles some blue product in the water and turns on the jets which starts the bubbles. Tina goes back to her station and laughs and talks with her sister while they watch videos on their phones. So at this point another 15 mins have gone by. I'm wondering at what point are they going to acknowledge us, start on us or do anything. So a customer walks in at 3:40. It's obvious that she's a regular because she speaks to everyone, walks to the back and washed her hands. So at this point I'm livid and thinking if they start on her it's going to be a problem. So I see that Tina's sister starts to prepare her station for the lady who just walked in. Sure enough the lady goes to her station and she immediately starts clipping her nails. So me, being ME....I sat up and said excuse me, may I have a towel. Someone from the back brought me a towel and I placed it on the floor, removed my feet from the water and proceeded to dry them. The lady says no pedicure?' I said I'm sorry. I've been sitting her for 40 mins soaking in plain water but yet someone else walks in and is serviced immediately?? The other lady yells she have appointment. (Exactly like that) I replied that's fine but me and this other lady have been sitting here for 45 mins and no one has said anything or done anything to assist us but yet someone else walks in and is serviced right away. I said no thanks but I don't operate like this and it's clear that the 3 of you were doing nothing and could've helped either me or the older lady. But the fact that you didn't speaks volumes. I'm sorry I don't pay people to treat me any kind of way. Now had they said something like we'll be right with you or give us a moment or anything I would have probably been ok. MAYBE. but ma'am I don't spend my down town waiting on people to decide to help me and I definitely don't pay them to do it. They don't have to ever worry about me stepping a toe back in their establishment. I don't care how much cheaper it is. I guess the saying 'you get what you pay for applies to this situation. They
