Absolutely outstanding place to call home. We rented for several years and hated to leave. The staff actually care and take care of the place. Rent is super fair especially for the area, the office ladies are awesome and if you have an issue they will get it squared away asap. If you’re looking for a place to call home, check out Redbird

Let's start with the bad…….
Ok, now that we got that over with, let's continue. I have been a resident at Redbird Village for a little over a year since posting this review. When my renewal came up, I did not hesitate for a second to sign it. I have lived in many places in my adult life. Still, Redbird Village sets itself apart from the fantastic staff that keeps the community clean, well-maintained, and safe, as well as the wonderful neighbors you meet by going to the pools or just out for a leisure walk. Everyone here is super friendly and polite and looks out for each other. During my time here, I had only one single issue, and it was resolved within hours, giving me reassurance and confidence in the management. I didn't even have enough time to complain about it before it was handled. All the staff on site is professional, even the pool/maintenance guy who goes by the name of Tommy. Everyone here enjoys the community, and it's no wonder people have resided here for decades (literally). The rooms are very spacious compared to many other places I have lived, and they are updated very nicely. A plus for me is that it is family-owned, so they take pride in the community and aren't switching ownership every few months. I plan to be here for a while, as I can safely say this is home to me. If you're in the market for a new apartment/place to call home, you should not hesitate to stop by and see if Redbird Village is right for you.

I love my community here at Redbird Village Apartments. It’s quiet,the neighbors are respectful of one another and are always friendly. The office staff (Laura and Ashley) are very helpful and professional. The very few times I had a maintenance issue,it was solved very quickly,within hours. I would recommend Redbird Village to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Great place to live, we love it here. The staff and our neighbors are like family. Very safe place to live with 2 small children. Maintenance is always fast to respond, it’s a great community to be a part of!

As a return tenant, I feel HONORED to write this review for Redbird Village Apartment Homes.One year ago, knowing I needed to live in the Duncanville area, Redbird Village Apartment Homes were my first option to tour and… Redbird Village did NOT disappoint. Just like old times, I felt ‘at home’ immediately as I was greeted by a familiar face in the leasing office to discuss a new lease.The complex is clean, quiet and family friendly. My neighbors/tenants that I had the opportunity to meet as walking our dogs or greeting each other in passing, were so very kind making the Redbird Village community pleasant, happy and always smiling. The office and maintenance staff are prompt with any inquiries or maintenance requests; their processes and communications are professional, consistent, seamless and TOP NOTCH. I truly believe professionalism and compassionate customer service begins with the senior leaders and owners of Redbird Village, in turn holding the same expectations for the office and maintenance staff to exhibit elite customer service when taking care of the tenants.I would highly recommend Redbird Village Apartment Homes for anyone looking for a place to call home and will absolutely return to Redbird Village should the opportunity present itself. Redbird Village is truly a hidden gem, "a little Oasis"!

This is the ideal place to live. It’s a family friendly community. It’s pet friendly, they have two swimming pools and it’s surrounded by a variety of services. Management is extraordinary because they truly care about their residents. You will love this place as much as I do.
