Came in to finalize a car loan. Very quick and easy. There was a line out the door. However, they had 6 employees and they were working as quickly as they could. I think they did an excellent job helping out my partner today! A special thanks to Joann for helping us this afternoon! Have a blessed Holiday, thanks to all that serve and have served! ?

Parking is terrible, lines are ALWAYS to the door, tellers are dry and there are only 2. ATMs are not totally functional (could not make a cash deposit on more than one occasion) and this past weekend went in to cash a 3rd party check, stood in line for an hour only to be told they could not cash but there was no signage anywhere stating this.

This is the absolute worst, it’s the first of the month and the location is always under staffed and like no care as it relates to the customers. The line for assistance is at the door. They have one teller working something needs to be done. They have one teller working and the only other teller balancing while the line gets longer and longer, on a Friday no way.The ATM’s were down on yesterday so now you have people double parked. The people working the desk aren’t assisting customers to even try to bring the line down. I am so aggravated something needs to be done ASAP!!!

ATM machines does not work the majority of visits.When ATM working, very limited serves available..I work near the Mesquite branch and visit often, however never this level of non accessibility.What are the facts related to the issues?I did speak with the manager once within three attempts and she seems positive that all will resolve soon.

Was not allowed to withdraw from my account with my DL. They required my debit card which I didn't have. Teller walked off when U asked why. "Takyra"

The new building is very nice and updated. But the employees? need better customer service training. They are laughing amongst each other, but when they are ready to start helping you they aren’t friendly anymore and very short with you. I will be sticking to the Arlington location. They make you feel welcome and valued as a Navy Federal customer.

Wasn’t a good experience…I had the opportunity to experience a cold and chilly environment. First, since I was only making a deposit— the drive-thru teller was useless. There is a button on the screen for deposits on the ATM, HOWEVER the button is inactive. Don’t know what use it’s there for, but whatever. Have to go inside. Great. Bad hip and all, I managed to park in a cramped parking lot, hobble inside. The Receptionist was busy helping a customer. No problem, I go to the front of the line for the teller. This is interesting…two tellers are at the windows. Another teller relieves one so that one can go back to their desk. Meanwhile, the other two tellers are changing desks with one another. Very, unaware or just didn’t care that the line was stacking up. Neither one, not once, looked up and addressed the line. Fine. (Oh, by the way, there were other customers sitting down waiting…I’m guessing for additional services). 10-15 minutes standing on a bad hip with a cane, waiting to make a deposit (that could have been made via ATM), and finally the teller that went back to their desk says they can help me. I told them what I needed to do (coldly, as I match energies with what I’m confronted with). Transaction takes less than 5 minutes. As I am leaving, I notice that the customers in the teller line are still waiting for them to “settle”in. I really have mixed feelings about this experience. Maybe it was a dreadful Monday for the Employees. Maybe had my hip not have been screaming, I would have overlooked such callous behavior(s). But such as it is, I have been a member with this bank for some years and I don’t think asking for some pleasantries (even if that means employees start compartmentalize their work/personal lives) is too much. I mean, I was just making a deposit into my OWN account- not asking for a loan!

Dri was amazing and super helpful in helping us apply for a car loan. She explained the procedure in detail from start to finish. The store itself is rather small but the staff more then make up for that. From the moment we walked in we received 5 star service.

I would agree that it is a great location. But it’s very very busy. All the staff was working as fast as possible. Maybe a bigger building with a few more staff would have been nice. Florence was great. She was very helpful.

Please be careful with the drive thur atm. I put $1800 dollars in there last night and the machine ate my money. It never deposited into my account. I went inside and the brand instructed me to file an ATM claim.
