Been with Navy Federal for a few years. Recently applied for an auto loan and was denied. Tried to call customer service to get more details and they said they couldn’t tell me why. The denial was because I didn’t meet the criteria. I asked what the criteria was and she said she couldn’t tell me that either because it varies from person to person. So nobody can tell me why I’m not able to get an auto loan ? Just no and that’s it. If it varies with each person then I’m assuming there is no real criteria they just pick and choose who they want to help and the reps have no knowledge of what’s going on.

This is for all your locations and HORRIBLE for whoever put this into play. "99yrs later". . . .We investigated your account and refunded $??? back to your checking account. 😡👎😡👎
Im referring to the time refunds are being held and you know us as customers have bills and other things to pay, also a certain time frame when a bill is needed to be taken care of. When I have the chance, Im gonna close out my account with your bank. By the time a person gets their refund back after a dispute has been reported then taken care of FINALLY on your side. The person could have passed away or terminated their account completely.

One of the slowest branch I’ve ever been to! I waited for over 20mins for a notary. This is unacceptable I’m not sure why the staff all chose to work at that pace but something is going to have to change.
I rather drive to the Northwest hwy branch to get better service. It’s worth that drive!

The only Navy Federal on the south side of Dallas and they only have 2 teller stations. The lines are always long. Minimum of 10 minutes wait every time. Management should consider the store layout and the flow process. No excuse, The Bank should be this packed every time.

I want to thank a professional Sister. Tiara who was brilliant and patient with me during my visit at Navy Federal CU. Again Thank You Tiara! For your help and helping me understand how that benefit was causing the negative balances. This business is a 5 Star but the ratings only decrease by 1 because of the over crowding and slowness sometimes.

I never can deposit my money in the ATM's.After banking hours, how's this convenient to take care of business and add funds to your account?When the ATM's always down, It always broken and then they get a attitude with you.When you ask them what's going on?They need to do better at this location

My review is only for the OUTSIDE part of this place. Parking is so tight and congested because of the Chick-fil-A next door. The ATM at the front of the building was not working. The drive-thru ATM was working, but the line was so long and took forever! It's very cramped here. 🫤

I went in with a check that I needed to use same day but the manager at the door told me they don’t open till 9. I was there at 8:45. I was willing to wait the 15 min to cash the check but I asked the lady if I deposited it into the ATM would it be available the same day since it was a Navy Federal check. She told me yes it should. I went to use the ATM and now my funds are not showing as available. Now I have to figure out this situation, when I could have just waited the 15 min and would have had my funds available. This really upsets me the mis information that was given out when it impacts my life and you are an employee who should know your policies.

I opened an account today with Andrea at the Duncanville, TX location. She made everything so easy and was very informative and helpful. I’m glad I opened the account but even more satisfied by going to the Duncanville, TX location
