“This is the absolute BEST UPS Store in the DFW Metroplex in my opinion. It is a bit tricky to drive into and park but well worth that little bit of extra effort. The staff always greet me with a smile and a Hello. Regardless of how busy they may be, the service provided to me always feels personal and targeted at taking care of my request efficiently and accurately. When there are situations where I must use a different UPS Store, I always compare and so far there has not been another location even close to the top notch service provided by the staff in this store!”

I want to also point out that free returns from Amazon are not always just a drop off, sometimes one has to packaged and print the label at home and drop it off, I'm guessing that it depends on the Amazon vendor.
It happened to me once and the employee point it out, and it is true, one has to read the instructions adjacent on the Amazon barcode.”

“I wanted to leave a really good review for this UPS location. I recently had to send my daughters in for a repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the button wasn’t working. Apple received the iPad and sent me photos stating that the iPad was shattered and bent, stating I would have to pay a lot for it to be repaired. I let them know that when I sent my iPad was In good condition and they told me that they were going to have to escalate it so I called the store to see if there was anyway they could get footage of me taking my iPad in to get sent to Apple because then you would be able to see that the iPad wasn’t broken. They went above and beyond to get the footage for me. I really appreciate them. I will be taking all my shipping business to them from now on.”
“Our company was invited last minute to a conference and our representative left her business cards at home in the hustle. Bobby was VERY accommodating, and even though we missed his 3 p.m. closing time, he followed up to let us know he had to stick around and was still at the store so we could get the cards! Reasonably priced, fast and friendly service - great experience!”

However, the manager Reginald Davis stepped in and truly went above and beyond to resolve my concerns. He took the time to fix the issues and even added enhancements to my products that made a significant difference. His dedication to customer service and teamwork is evident; he really gets in the trenches with his employees. This is definitely a fantastic place to both work and do business. Highly recommend!”
