Will never use this company again for an oil change and a filter replacement. I’ve never had an oil change and a filter replacement costed me about $200. However, I wouldn't have minded so much if I wasn’t constantly misgendered even after I asked the manager why he continued to call me MR. & Sir even after he had my legal name. (He advised me that EVERYONE is called sir & this is company policy??) He asked me to spell my name instead of reviewing my ID...& had he looked at my ID, he would seen that I am NOT a male. When I told the manager that due to that policy, I won't be going back there again, he seemed to think that my statement was funny, and proceeded to use Sir & Mr. more frequently.Never again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
