Not very handicapped friendly. The scooters are never charged and the aisles are so full of boxes it's hard to navigate. At other Kruger's I've had assistance getting my cart unloaded and taken out to my car. The cashier acted like it was an inconvenience to ask her to bag up my groceries.

The past two times I've placed a curbside order they have called me and said that the order wouldn't be ready in time. That's understandable unless the Kroger App went through the whole process of showing me that the order was placed, then in progress, then completed and ready for pickup. This shows that they are lying. They are likely understaffed (hire more people or pay them more if you can't find people to work) and are marking the order completed in the App in order to make it seem to corporate that they are actually not having problems. This is not acceptable. I'm okay waiting longer for my order. I'm not okay with the store manager LYING to corporate by marking my order as completed on time in the App. This prevents the shorthandedness from being resolved. Dear store manager, I am going to repost this review every single time that you LIE and mark my order ready for pickup in the App and then call me to tell me it isn't ready. So...hire more people or pay them more if you can't find anyone to work.

I was here a minute ago and I asked nicely the Black men who was working in Meat and Seafoods if they hove chitlin?? He showing his hand to me like Bye bye or goodbye?? His an asshole arrogant and I believed he doesn't like me because he was gossiping to my other co-worker in 436 Cedar Hill Kroger?? He was taking at around seven pm in that store to the Seafoods lady name Yolanda I called her Seahorse ok?? I asked him again since he don't answer right my question if they are selling chitlin?? He demonstrate his hand again bye bye?? Such a jerk and ignorant?? My question was chitlin if they give and his answered was Bye bye?? The F-kc?? What on Earth those folks now a days was disgusting and by any chance you have a bad days or problems at home ok?? Never ever throw your bad days bad mood to your costumers ok?? I am a former employee in this company which is Kroger?? I used to work here and I stayed almost three years?? They treat like I am dumb dumb and the for almost or more than one year?? I killed my butt cooking cookies put in the containers plus I have to label it and put on the floor?) By myself I have to finished the whole table of cookies which if I'm not mistaken it was like 52 containers consist of 16pcs.,8inside plus I need to cooked too the jumbo cookies soft cookies any kind of cookies?? You work part time but I think I worked like full time? Anyway it's over?? Then I transfer to Meat and Seafoods?? I like the Meat Manager which is Harry. His a cool dude and soft spoken! But the Seafoods manager was nuts?? She asked me if I'm Lesbian after two weeks working in her department?? Can you imagined those kind of treatment and unbelievable questions??? Am I a Lesbian ??? That kind of questions was very personal and suppose not to be talked at work place?? This kind of taking and gossiping was come up to the manager of that 436 Kroger store?? Ask me if she do something after she heard about the lesbian question?? She didn't do anything at all?? Ridiculous and very rude and disrespectful for my part ok?? Now the co-manager name Amber told me to forget about it?? She was abnactious too and disrespectful in my part?? She told me exactly that she will not replace me nor help me so I can not have my break time?? So I call the union representative and tell him everything they are doing to me in that department?? Everything squared up and straighten up?? They all think I am dummy head and stupid?? Hell no I am very smart and I have my senses and my eyes reading every single moved and words you are telling and giving me ok?? So today this men in Meat and Seafoods was totally rude and very arrogant?? I ask the front end manger name Jennifer to page the Store manager?? Right away the store manager came and listen to my story regarding the nasty arrogant mean black men?? I believed he was the ADL?! Whatsoever your position was it doesn't matter and you are not supposed to be in that position ADL means assistant Department Lead?? How you gonna lead your team if your costumer you doesn't even know how to answer simple question I asked you jerk?? Good Luck to you ADL?? I not satisfied this matter should go to CEO of the Kroger company ok? Nasty disrespectful and disgusting men??

I was at Kroger in Duncanville, TX on Nov 26, 2021 at 12:22 pm. It was atrocious!! The store was packed with customers and there were NO grocery checkers on duty. ALSO, there was NO ONE at the customer service counters. There were customers (all age ranges) trying to do self check out. It was a logistical mess. We just left our cart full of groceries and went to Tom Thumb. I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and the decline we’ve seen in this store is very sad. It’s even gotten worse over the last couple of years. We like shopping here for the prices and the gas points, but, low prices and gas points do not substitute for sub standard service. Customer experience IS important. Each time I see the commercials on TV about freshness and availability, I shake my head and laugh, and wish I knew where that Kroger was located. Voicing concerns to management is like hitting a brick wall. Please know, I’m not alone in this sentiment. The comments on our neighborhood website mirror my sentiments. I understand profit/loss. But, remember, the customer chooses to spend money with you! It’s pretty simple; lose customers lose profit! You are not the only game in town. Please save our store so we can continue to go Krogering!

Bad customer service! No checkers, self checkout is limited! Huge elderly demographic in Duncanville use this as their “go to” store for groceries and pharmacy. No checkers to assist in checkout, wrong prices on sale items, low stock! The list goes on! This store is essential in Duncanville but forgiveness and patience just goes so far! Check the Next Door Fairmeadows neighborhood chat site! The list of complaints against this Kroger is exceptional! It’s time for a change in favor of the customers! First on the list….new management!

It's PATHETIC how there's only ONE person working after 5pm! I've come in twice in the past two weeks, and there's only one worker, sweet Hannah I her name, that's working ALONE!!! I believe she's new, because I've never seen her until recently, but she's always by herself! There has to be laws against this!! I often wonder if she gets a break! Anyway, the delicatessen SUCKS DONKEY BALLS, and I hate it! Your employees are going to lead to this locations ruin, FYI! Giving one star is entirely too much.
