My issue is their policy, which does not allow you to open up a packaged shirt and try it on. You have to buy it. Then you can take it to the dressing room. If it doesn't fit, you have to come back up to the front and return it and then repurchase the next shirt so that you can try it on. We went through this process three times, and I find it utterly ridiculous.

This store is spectacular. Everything is neat,organized, and well displayed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm a costume designer and was shopping for different actors. I found everything I needed in this one store. I will definitely be back to shop there again.

Zero stars if I could. The older gentleman with the purple suit was very rude. He stated in a very loud and mean tone “ None of these are your size”……
They are probably very homophobic here. I did not feel Welcome at all.

Selection, size, service, & pricing. This is my kind of store. I drove all over Dallas looking for some nice clothes. I had no success until someone recommended K&G. I was very impressed with the selection.

The manager at store 309 in Duncanville is rude and nasty. We attempted to buy a suit with the complete assemble including shoes. We go to check out after the taylor prep the suit for alterations and she refused to sale us the suit. Said the tags didn't match, nor did she attempt to have anyone find one that did. But the nice lady that work in the fitting room tried to help us find a another suit, with no success. So they loss over a $300 sale. Worst experience and a total waste of time. Sad part is she would not talk to us after we requested to speak to a manager. She communicated through the sale associate. Although it was busy, we were willing to wait to talk with her. Customer service and courtesy goes a long way!!!!
