“Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair, and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub / wood work cracked there was a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel there were individuals sleeping in their vehicles. My myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.”

“Excellent hotel and even better employees. I was going through a very difficult time and they were non judgemental and they didn't harass me like 2 previous Best Western Hotels I have stayed at recently. This will be my "go to" hotel from now on while traveling in the United States. This is a safe space.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Safety: I felt very safe. Lots of families staying there and they were very friendly. The front desk person was always available unlike other hotels I have stayed at recently.Walkability: There is a strip mall next door with a grocery store.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good. Drinks, frozen meals & snacks for sale at the front desk.”

“We stopped for one night driving through to Austin. Rooms were great and very clean. We were able to refresh after a long day driving.Hotel was busy but the staff was super friendly.Elevator was down, but it wasn't a big deal. Not having breakfast included was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.”
“The girl could have been more friendly. At least smiled. Us coming in at 11 pm passing thru.we Made reservations. She kept asking my husband for his id credit card. Which he did. We are members of Hilton garden inn. Never been asked for that.”
