“Great customer service great breakfast staff was great i only had one issue i had made my reservation over to months ago for handicapped room because i have a above knee amputation and when i arrived this past Friday and got my room it was regular room i call front desk to let them know i was told they had no handicapped rooms available because they had over book rooms and they was canceling people reservation due to the overbooking”
“This is the cleanest Motel 6, in the Dallas area, I have ever been to. The front desk was courteous,friendly and respectful. When I had a problem they fixed it. When we checked-in the door latch was engaged on the door but that is because the latch was loose and comes out when you slam the door hard. It was handled by the clerk no one was in the room just latched door. The room was very nice and clean and everything worked. They have great housekeepers. Awesome. Thank you Vinny and Deep!
