The hotel was mediocre. While staying at the hotel I placed the do not disturb sign on my door. I left and did the business I had while I was in town. When I came back the maid had came in and cleaned my room. The lady did a good job but she had thrown away my receipts I had in a nice organized pile next to my computer. This will cost me over $200 since I can not expense them back to my company. Also the hallway smelled heavily of curry and wet carpet for the week I was there.

We stopped for one night driving through to Austin. Rooms were great and very clean. We were able to refresh after a long day driving.Hotel was busy but the staff was super friendly.Elevator was down, but it wasn't a big deal. Not having breakfast included was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.

My entire business team stayed here this week, thinking it was a great location only 10 minutes from our project site. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I stay at a lot of Hilton Garden Inn properties around the country. This one is the absolute worst!! My entire team is moving to new hotel next week and for the rest of our 5 months of this project. Just my room issues were: Coffee maker disgusting dirty, only given one towel and washcloth for a 5 day stay (had to keep asking for more), even when room was serviced I was given no toilet paper and the bottles in the shower mounted to the wall.....empty. The hotel restaurant was closed 3 times in a 5 day stay because they said people didn't show up to work so they could not open the restaurant. Having breakfast at the hotel was the whole reason we even stayed there. The staff that did show to cook on some days was rude and acted like they hated their jobs. The manager on duty was nice but clearly seemed like he had no power to fix anything. Do not waste your money!

Had a group of friends come into town for the weekend! They stayed at this hotel and it treated them well! There is lots to do around the area, we found some fun spots to eat. We found a really fun spot to shop Knick Knacks on Camp Wisdom, and a super cute bar Day Drink Lounge but the true hidden gem was Soul Circles Pizza located inside Smokey D’s BBQ. An amazing menu, with very unique pizzas, all focused around soul food, you could get traditional too! All of those fun things in one little corner.

The service was phenomenal! The room was good but water pressure in shower comes & goes and other minor issues in my room not worth complaining about to management like the smoke detector? Hanging off the

I stay at this hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. We hosted our company Job Fair there. The staff was amazing and Rikki made sure we had everything we needed and more. Every staff member we encountered made our work there a success. The food was good, and the rooms were well maintained. I definitely recommend this hotel.

First of all the 2 African American woman that work in the restaurant in the morning were totally rude…when we made our reservations we were told breakfast was free and when we went to get breakfast they said we had to pay $13.95….we have stayed in way nicer hotels and breakfast is free….by the way my husband and I walked over to Jack in the Box and had a great breakfast and only paid $15 for both….Second went out to the pool and it was freezing cold and the hot tub didn’t work. Told the manager about it and he said he would get maintenance on it and by the next day it still didn’t work. On the second day there were no clean towels what so ever. My brother-n-law called the front desk and complained about the pool and hot tub and they said when we came up to the front desk they would discount our room for the inconvenience. Went up there and the manager was there and he said no discount and apologized. Staff needs to get their policy together.Third asked the housekeeper for clean towels and never received them, she went right past our room. So I kindly went up to her cart and grabbed 2 for myself.Forth on our first night there they have a large table with 8 chairs and while we sat outside due to being nice the first group were white and they were allowed to do whatever they wanted. The next day we gathered family and we were on the same table and we were told when getting ready to leave to go to our rooms that we were not allowed to come back down there and socialize and have a couple more beers. No one was intoxicated at all not even close. So knowing the fact that we couldn’t have fun with our extended family sucked. We paid good money for our rooms and couldn’t really enjoy ourself because we felt limited on what we could do.We will never stay at this particular hotel again.

Housekeeping at this hotel, and several other Hilton hotels, isNon^existing. Asked for daily cleaning and towels and toilet paper but received zero. Also upon arrival 2 towels for 4 guests. No reason was given for zero room cleaning just a Surry. Being a hilton honors member really means nothing. You would think asking for clean towels and toilet paper would be a reasonable request. Will not stay here again. Area is a bit questionable also.Rooms: Spacious rooms

It was fine. Not a terrible experience, but there were small things that made my trip to the mid cities less enjoyable. There was no shampoo. I usually bring my own but this one time I figured hilton always has it and they all have thr built in dispensers now but my shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Minor thing, but a thing. There was a cabinet door that would not close in my room. That wasn't a big deal until I looked inside and there was a large cutout in the wall. Leading to behind the wall and who knows where inside that cabinet. Then all I could think was that anything behind the wall could come right into my room because the cabinet door would not shut. So I propped my suitcase in front of it and decided to try not to think about it. I went to the lobby to buy a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Got it to the room, no dressing provided. Small things. Adding up. My room was next to the workout room. Someone was lifting very loud heavy weights behind my head at midnight. Small things. But it was fine. I will probably not return because there are other places to stay but it wasn't the worst place every.

The front desk staff was very nice, however one of the house keepers or maintenance stole my expensive $330 wig. I just made it home and was unpacking my suitcase and discovered my wig was gone. We were just there from 10-3 thru 10-6 for a Leadership Summit. The tub had mildew around the caulk. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. I will not stay here again. I'm also reporting the theft to the headquarters.Rooms: Needs updated
