Selected the hotel because of the price point and its location. It's right off of I-20, which is a plus, but at a very congested intersection. The hotel was super clean and very quiet. Also pet friendly. It looks like the rooms may have had a recent refresh. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The girl could have been more friendly. At least smiled. Us coming in at 11 pm passing thru.we Made reservations. She kept asking my husband for his id credit card. Which he did. We are members of Hilton garden inn. Never been asked for that.

Stayed at this property, and for 2 nights in a row, the fire alarms kept going off. From 12 am to -4 am. Rooms were dated, and the hotel is in need of renovation. It's located in a busy, high traffic area both inside and out. I wouldn't recommend this property .

I have frequented this location a lot over the past year and unfortunately the level and quality or service and care of the staff has gone down in my opinion. Before Summer 2023, I thought the service was great, warm, friendly, inviting and genuine but there appears to have been some change in mgmt and staff over the summer and that warmth and sincerity is gone. The staff say the appropriate words - but the tone, demeanor, facial expression and all other non verbal cues give the impression they would rather be anywhere than at work and providing good service to customers. The cleaning staff do not speak much English and while I don't expect them to be fluent - knowing basic and fundamental terms that would help with guest interactions would be helpful. I was also disappointed to find that when they clean your rooms now, it is only a partial cleaning (trash, towels) vs a full cleaning (bathroom, etc). I know this has to be a result of a change in management bc the tone at the top dictates the tone of everyone else - so if the staff are now this way, it's only because management doesn't have enough interest in seeing that quality and level of service for this location stays high by having consequences for behaviours that fall short. Sad. I hope this changes.

Wow, what a clean and well managed facility!! The room is very spacious, has a big flat-screen, big bathroom, shower, the best workout gym I've seen in any motel ... the best!

Hi,I have recently stayed in your hotel and upon checkout the reception offered to have the invoice emailed but I have not yet received the invoice. I called again as well within an hour as well but still have not yet received it. It would be great if I can get the invoice emailed. Thank you

The hotel was nice and clean. The most outstanding part of my stay was the wonderful young man who checked me in. He worked so diligently on decorating the lobby area for Christmas while simultaneously checking in guests. I told him that his decorating technique was better than some paid professionals. His response, "We want our hotel to look good for our guests". His intense focus and attention to detail was inspiring. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. But, I checked in on Thursday night, December 8th. I hope you all are able to pass this along to the right person.

Very nice affordable hotel. We stopped here for my son's jujitsu competition tomorrow. The rooms are nice and clean. The service was pretty good. The pool was very chlorinated so that was rough on the skin. But it also wasn't packed so the kids could actually enjoy it.Rooms: Very large roomy rooms. Clean for sure but the blankets super itchy.Nearby activities: The Duncan fieldhouse is very close!

I could never stay here again. This hotel is so close to the freeway, which is traveled non-stop by large semi trucks all night long. There is little to no sound proofing. I didn’t sleep all night. The beds are fine. Pillows fine, nothing spectacular. But I could hear my neighbor speaking on the phone for hours. I could hear everything outside and the freeway. I read the reviews and thought it would be a nice stay. I’m guessing there is now a new AI service that writes fake reviews to boost businesses ratings because the reviews make zero sense. You would never stay here for “vacation” for example. If you value your sleep, stay somewhere else.

This Hotel is the best one I ever been in my life. The food is Perfect the Variety of Food Selection is Amazing. The Employees are so helpful and Kind. The Building is so cleen and look so Beautiful. I will recommend thi Wonderful Hotel to everyone who will come to Texas Area.

Another business trip, another Inn.My room was clean, spacious and more important flooring is vinyl which in comparison to carpet is cleaner. The only odd issue with room is that TV is not in front of bed so watching TV is not very easy.I think the price of grocerry has affected breakfast here. Less variety of items, empty bins etc. More interestingly the person in charge of breakfast did not speak English and we communicated using Google translator.Good gym facility. Again the odd thing is TV is not in front of treadmills and getting amused while running is not an easy option. Also gym is from 6am to midnight which to my eyes should be 24h.There is a swimming pool from 10am to 10pm which I do not see it practical for typical people like me.Amazon delivery was very straightforward for me.One important missing utility in the rooms is safe box. A decent small secure safe box in the room is not much expensive in comparison with hotel revenue but is a huge comfort to the guests. Also not all the hotel rooms are like suit. I think the front desk assigned me the suit at the time of check in.In general I am happy with my stay.

It felt like home away from home. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the desk area in the room had enough space for all of my papers and laptop. :-)Rooms: The rooms were spacious and had the convenience for an extended stay.Safety: It was in the heart of the city with a highway across "the way", yet it felt like a quiet suburb. Thus, I was able to sleep in my car in the parking lot before check-in time.Walkability: The walkability to useful places like a drug store or a general store and easy access to eateries were great.Noteworthy details: The staff were great! Housekeeping, breakfast staff, and front desk staff were all wonderful and kind.
