Very nice people and very professional. They fix my vehicle after a mechanic shop charged me and causes me more issues than I had before I bought it to them. Take my advice go to the dealership because I end up paying more money messing with these so call shops. I could have save myself time and money going to the dealership from the start. I want ever be cheap again. Thank you my Advisor and Mechanic for being honest and truthful from the start it meant a lot. Go to Freedom Dodge. Seriously!!!!!!! I rolling again. Yes Sir!

If you're looking for an honest dealership - don't waste your time with these guys and just go to AutoNation in North Richland Hills...Freedom is a complete joke of a dealership - the epitome of sleezy car salesmen...this dealership is about an hour away from our house, but found a "good" deal online for the new grand cherokee we were looking for. Took a week of negotiating over the phone before they even agreed to their advertised online price and the e-mail quote they sent me - because "it was a mistake" (lies, its still the same price on their website 2 weeks later).Took the time to drive to the dealership based on the sales manager "approving" the deal - just for them to try and jack up the price multiple times. They pulled out all the tricks - swapping between 3 different salesmen at the sales desk, pulled out the four square, being shady with the math on dealer discounts and factory incentives, bogus dealer adds, etc.I talked with Chris Jackson at first on the phone - he couldn't have cared less about selling me a car, rude as could be, and even hung up on me once - but he sure had a big ole fake smile when we showed up to the dealership...Jared Wright was salesman number 2 - he was a nice guy, definitely a salesmen - not sure if the sales manager was stonewalling him when I wasn't falling for the four square...Then enters Alex Herrera, the sales manager - he came back with a number even higher than all the previous offers. I tell him we're done and get up and leave - complete waste of time.Not sure if these guys only want to deal with suckers, because they had zero interest in making a fair deal.I ended up purchasing from AutoNation with a way better deal.

My experience here was awful. I took my vehicle in with the intent of fixing some minor issues that were bugging me. As luck would have it, one of these problems involved a recall on a part and I was told the part would be in the following week.It has now been a month and a half since, and for one, the issue was never resolved nor even repaired in the slightest. Two, I was continuously told time and time again that said part would arrive, only for it to not arrive. I reached out as often as I could to check on the progress, and at times would be reached back out to hours later after being told they’d get right back with me, and at times, not reached back to at all.I exhausted so much of my time, money, patience, and energy with this dealership’s service department, only for half of my issue to be fixed, and still having to sink 400 dollars after a month and a half of waiting. Truly the most unpleasant, stressful, and frustrating experience I’ve had regarding work on any vehicle I’ve had.

Amazing service. I assure Maddison (edit) me feel had used to go to another dealership but their customer service was really lacking. I called and was able to get in the next day. Madison greeted me at soon as I arrived. Even though we only needed a small repair under the Chrysler contact, she never made me feel like she didn't care (like the other place). She kept on constant contact and the repair was completed in one day as promised.

Unsatisfactory, I made two different appointments for a recall, and each time, I called before I went and they said that they had the part in stock yet when I got there I was told not only was it not there yet it was 6 people ahead of me and they are only allowed to order two parts a week. (WHAT) that makes no sense, so again, I had to leave and wait for a callback so don't call them they will call me, and then got a text saying I missed my appointment with them. ( really are yall serious)

Paige is an amazing front desk person. Very kind and professional and she makes you feel like you're in the right place. Mechanics do a good job and take great care of my vehicle. Look forward to dealing with these guys again.

Yes! My experience was great. I unknowingly had a tire that was ripping at the seams and the team took me in with 40 mins left in their shift. They were friendly and offered me different tire options to replace it. They ended up putting on my spare for free! I gave them a small tip (because that's all I had!) But I was so grateful to be able to get home in Arlington and figure out my next steps! It was one less thing to think about! Overall great service!

Went in to purchase a new vehicle with a trade in .They gave me 2 options , 1. needed a co-signer (never needed one ever) 2nd option to get a vehicle from them & do a voluntary repo !!!! Didn’t even attempt to work anything out. Definitely lost my business I’ve purchased 3 cars from there previously . Went to Cadillac today in & out in a hour with a 2023 CT5 !!!!

When our car broke down while we were on vacation we were towed to this shop. Robert Brown helped us. He initially said that it would be 6 to 8 days before they could look at it. When I told him that we were going to continue on with our vacation in a rental car, fly home and then fly back when the car was fixed Robert responded with compassion. He moved our car to the front of the line and had it fixed overnight. He helped us to pay for it over the phone and helped a family friend pick up the car to return it to us.A vacation disaster story has turned into a story of great customer service that I will tell everyone I know about. I can’t thank you enough!

The salesman that was talking with me was very kind knowledgeable and pleasant was not pushy and actually was a good salesman. His name was Cesar. I highly recommend him, however, one of the things that I did not like was, I didn’t get to enjoy looking at the vehicle without having him hover around me, so I made the best of it by having a nice conversation about my past cars and why I like the car, but I would’ve preferred to be able to sit and think about the car without having someone hover around me tell me all the great things about the car the car and Question had a $10,000 market adjustment which turns me off from the dealership gouging their customers however, I realize that it’s a business, and if they can make an extra 10 grand it does make sense. I don’t agree with it and I don’t like it as a customer, but I understand the business part of it other than that everybody seem pleasant and professional. I wouldn’t use them if I was looking at a regular vehicle I think you can get a a good price.

I brought my vehicle in for service interval service and state inspection. Interval service was preformed and I was informed of the need of an airfilter which I approved. I was informed that the state inspection could not be preform until my check engine light issue was addressed. I turned same vehicle into service department which informed me they there was a 6 day backup before they could probably get to my vehicle. I was told price of code reading and that I would be informed of price to take care of code issue. I was also in formed of intentions to get the state inspection preformed. So far communication seems to be clear and upfront. No complaints at this point.

There's no way I would recommend this service shop to anyone I care about. They had my vehicle for a whole month after I got excuse after excuse, we waiting on this or that or the repairman has family issues. No way of getting around for a month until I was fed up and ask for my vehicle back only to tell me oh you will need a new engine. Beware of this location poor customer service.
