I just wanted to take a few minutes to recognize you guys in the effort y'all are putting in to help this store I'm a frequent customer and I only come to the store because I work by it and I've been recommended to it however when I first came it was not what I thought not what was recommended to me. Fast forward to this past week I had to come in and make a payment on some stuff that I had on layaway not only is the atmosphere completely different and your new management team Mike and Louis are rocking it. They are always quick to greet somebody coming in the door not just completely silent and dead in there the employees even look happier whatever y'all are doing it's working I was considering not using this store anymore but I like the changes so I might stick around just because it's really easy to get to you guys when I get off of work.

I came in to sell my 2022 Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 7425 touchscreen laptouch. They offered me $30 for it claiming they couldn't find the model number. I explained that I looked on several websites like Best Buy and Target before coming and saw my same laptop being sold for $649.99 and up. I ended up declining and went to another store down the street. Not even 30 mins later, I was offered $190 for the same laptop. Glad I didn't accept their lowball offer. Don't waste your time, just go somewhere else!!!

They sell things that the person who bought them has not finished paying for and it is as if they were stolen and then they do not return all your money when you take them back
