The cashier was belittling and disrespectful to elders . He was trying to be funny , when he was just coming off as making a joke to another skin color.

I've visited this location a few times the night crew is very polite and friendly, but one person specifically is rude and VERY unprofessional . She literally answered her personal phone (while ringing me up) and was holding a whole conversation with someone cursing and talking about the management staff . She was afican American with contacts. When trying to ask a question she became upset i guess because i was intrupting her conversation , this is me only assuming. I held off writing review because some companys take reviews serious but after a second issue with her i decided a review is a must. She needs some additional training in the customer service department and professional section . She also should teach her staff the policy and procedures so they don't provide customers incorrect information.

My first time here at this store let me start of by saying no one was at the register after waiting 5min the person that was stalking started yelling for her to come to register (Ashley) was her name she was so rude I would suggest if u don’t like working we’re u at look for another job ppl don’t deserve to get treated in a unprofessional manner. She was so upset as she was checking myself and the person in front of me out im so disappointed and upset as to what I just had to go through she’s very lucky I didn’t let myself get out of character!

I really love this dollar store. Today I seen a elder lady waiting on her ride and staff members offered her a chair to sit in side with. As u was walking doing my shopping they asked if I needed help and were very caring! By far the best service!!! Specially mr. Nick at the register you did great. I'll be back soon.

The last couple of weeks have been absolutely amazing!! The store looks good, prices are correct and NICK N has served me with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every single time I have come in!! He is absolutely great!! He does this store justice!! They made the right call by hiring NICK N! He goes above and beyond
