I have always trusted Kinder Care with all 4 of my children from 2010 to today! I wouldnt take them any where else because I know their in good caring hands. I love all the staff! Thank you for always taking care of my babies!

I have been with Kindercare over 13years from when my oldest started to now my youngest who is 2yrs old. I seen directors come and go but absolutely love Karla and Lajoya. We moved to Arlington and I still commit to drive every week day to Duncanville because I know my children are safe and I consider Kindercare Duncanville as family. I want to thank the whole staff for all of their hard work and the love they have for my children.

I have had a positive experience here at KinderCare Duncanville. The staff is kind and respectful. The facility is clean and my grandchild is safe here.

What a great school with good communication. I like that they have a developmentally appropriate curriculum and include formula, meals and snacks in tuition. Most importantly, my son is happy when he arrives every single day. 10/10 would recommend to check this place out for childcare. They do have an app to access and send photos/video everyday with diaper/meal updates

My son attended this Kindercare location in Duncanville for a little over 18 months and it was a amazing experience! Our only regret is that we didn't start him sooner. The Director-Ms.Karla and the Assistant Director Ms. LaJoya are great with excellent communication , truly A-1 quality . Not to mention my son always had awesome teachers like Mrs.Nene, Ms. DeJonae, and Ms. Netta. Classrooms were always clean and the activities were always interactive. Definetely more like a family environment. Would highly recommend to all friends and family.

We absolutely LOVED it here! Miss Karla and Miss La’Joya are fantastic as the Director and AD. Our daughters teachers, Miss Nene, Kiki, Sanaa, and D, were also beyond amazing, ensuring she was taken care of, loved on, and learned something each day. They keep you updated through the app throughout the day, and you can tell from the detail and interactions that they truly care about your kid. We ended up transferring to another kinder care closer to our new house. We miss them!

My kids went here a year ago and started back recently. 100/10 honestly, my kids are very different and shy but the daycare does everything in their power to make the kids feel at home, not only do they watch the kids but they teach them as well. Highly recommended

We love kinder care, highlight of our day is getting the daily pictures of our daughter through the mobile app. She’s learned so much since starting at KinderCare. We are thankful for such wonderful staff.

I love having my daughter here. They’ve really stepped it up with the app lately! I’m getting pictures/videos almost every day. Makes me feel so much better seeing my sassy little girl in the middle of a long work day. Thank you all for taking such good care of my baby girl!! Highly recommended!

My great grand dght attends Duncanville Kindercare location..In the beginning it was hard for both of us. After 3 wks she started getting excited about going. I am more than happy and pleased with her Director Karla and staff. She loves "her Kindercare". knows all classmates and teachers. Its a bit pricey but worth it in the long run. Being an essential worker,Im pleased beyond that they are there for us .

Great place to bring our son. They have lesson plans and are very attentive to our needs, as well as our son. We get regular updates during the day and a report at the end of the day. You see the same teachers there every day, which is great because it shows there is retention of great talent. Very surprised by the 3-star rating. This place is great!

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I have a 5 month old and a 2 year old. I was terrified for my 5 month old to go to daycare during these COVID times because she is so little. However, I had to work so I took a chance on this center. I chose this center because they have an app where they send you pictures and videos of your little ones. They also let you know when they go to the restroom and feedings. On my daughter's first day, she came home with feces in the creases of her thigh and bottom. I was highly upset and let the Assistant Director know. I called the next morning and notified the Director Karla and she let me know she would talk to her teacher. The first day she only drank 2 oz of milk which is not normal for her and I was not notified. The next day her and her brother went to school and I was notified that someone at the daycare tested positive for COVID. The child was not in their room, but we were told to still look at for signs. That night my son and daughter were coughing and had a runny nose. I took them both to Children's and they were negative for COVID, but had an upper respiratory infection. I kept them out and followed the doctors orders. The next week I withdrew my daughter because it was too much stress with her going to this center. I was also worried that she wouldn't get the attention and care she needed. I continued to let my son go to school because he has been in a daycare since he was 1 and adjusted better. The following Tuesday when he went back to school after recovery from his Upper Respiratory Infection, he had an accident and urine went in his shoes. The app notified me that he had an accident at 11AM. However, he has back up clothes and underwear at school. So I wasn't worried. When I went to pick him up at 5PM he was brought out to me in 43 degree winter weather with no shoes on. I asked the lady that brought him to the door where were his shoes and she told me "He had an accident and it got in his shoes. They were suppose to call you, but I guess they didn't get around to it. I just bring them to the door to go home. You would have to talk to the assistant director about it she would know more." I was HOT! My son was just getting better from being sick and he had been walking around since 11AM on cold tile with only socks on. His feet were just as cold as they could be. The assistant director was in the hall way on the phone and didn't even have the decency to come and address me or the situation. Next morning, I called the director Karla and she told me, "I am sorry we were suppose to call but another incident happened that took our attention away and we forgot". That was all I needed to hear. I withdrew my son and requested a refund. My son was only there 3 days and my daughter was there for 2 days. If I would have known that I would have such a horrible experience I would have saved my time and money. They are too expensive to be a half job day care. It is very important to do research before you send your kids to daycare. Beware of this place, I can not speak for all locations, but Duncanville is a no for me. I wouldn't even send my dog here!!

I love Kindercare Learning Center located in Duncanville Texas the staff there are very professional kind and very sweet. My grandchild loves it there his teachers always great him a big hug every morning which makes me and him very welcoming and relax.All of my kids went to this location and now my grandkids are now attending so great job KinderCare.
