I was using CASH APP to load funds this location presented its location as a place to load FUNDS well the cashier said he could accept 100s or 50s due to counterfeit money issues he said they were having for one thats not my problem so he refused to accept my money MANAGEMENT needs to inform CASH APP THEY DONT ACCEPT LARGE BILLS and be taken off CASH APP as a location to load funds so I had to leave what a load of ignorance this is why I gave 1 star goodbye

Store hours say they open at 8am. Came at 8:12am and the door was locked and the lady inside said they weren’t open. What’s the miscommunication?? Disappointed and do better!

3rd time to try and go to this store and a tacky hand written sign up saying .. "Be back in 10."Today, May 22, 2023. It's up again!!Why always in a black community that this misrepresented store has such bad management??!So, disrespectful and degrading. I will call 911.It's been past 10 min. and no one is here. My 95 yr old needs allergy medicine and the store is not open!!

Today 04/29/2023 I was there and I got my items and went to the register and the cashier was outside putting charcoal out she was told 2 times that we were ready to check out she looked uo several times and seen another customer and myself but she didn't come inside once I walked our the door and went to my car she then went inside to help the other customers.

Went in today in a mad dash to pickup balloons ASAP. Sierra was literally heading out and clocked out but was SO nice and chose to stay extra too help me do a balloon arrangement truly did NOT have to go that extra mile.

Today I found some diapers on sale for $6 and the manager did not want to sell them to me. He said that the sale ended yesterday. Apparently they did not do their job removing the prices. He has always given me a hard time. Promoting false advertisement.Also one week ago I placed an order online and was canceled due to short staff.. Horrible customer service.

Marques the new manager is getting the store organized and clean. He is working very hard and quickly with the help of his employees and district manager to restore the store. The isles in the store are clearing up to make it easier to shop. Prices are being updated and items put in the correct spot. The other register is being fixed to help with the decrease in the long lines and new employees are being hired.

Since Marques has taken over the store it is starting to look better and more organized, which makes for a better work environment. He is currently getting the other cash register fixed and hiring new employees. He is working as hard and quickly as he can to repair the store, with the help of the district manager working the store himself.
