Kim Brandon the Pharmacy Manager is one of the the rudest people I have ever met. CVS Pharmacy has the software in which you call the pharmacy for a refill and they text you a number to refill your medication. That system does not work well after 2 weeks of attempting to get my medication I filed a complaint with the State Pharmacy Board. The new Pharmacy I selected has been calling CVS for 2 days straight and has been unable to get my prescriptions transferred. Use this Pharmacy at your own risk. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Frankly I am appalled that CVS employees people like this. While I was standing in front of her she refused to call the new Pharmacy and transferred my prescriptions. My doctor is on maternity leave.

Pharmacist didn't listen and was rude. Picked up my insurance card, left, and will go back another time and hope for better assistance.

They need to make zero stars an option. It does not matter if you wait inside or outside in the drive through... you will be waiting HOURS. Today I sat in the drive through line for 2 hours. It took them 2 hours to help 3 cars. Absolutely insane.

This CVS Pharmacy has probably been the worst pharmacy I have ever been to... I can't leave a 0 star review or I would... unfortunately for my daughters insurance this is the only place I can go to. They usually take 2-3days to fill prescriptions so if you need pain meds or antibiotics then you're going to have to suck it up I guess.... Prescriptions were sent at 2pm I went at 5pm and was told they were in process and to return in 30min, I returned at 7:30pm, waited in line until 8:05pm to be told one was in process and 2 were out of stock...WTF! why was I not told this earlier.... They don't call or text...... ...... Update-lol.... Came back up this morning like I was told to do, and we went from 1 prescription ready to 2 out of stock and now antibiotics not on prescription.... Called doctor office and all were sent at the same time, they have to resend and will call Pharmacy to see why they do not show prescription when all were sent on same prescription..... my daughter must wait another day with her ear pain... I honestly believe this CVS should go ahead and shutdown the pharmacy dept. they don't ever have anyone's prescriptions on time...

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE.Literally have been waiting 3 weeks to have my prescriptions filled. I understand supply chain issues. But when I wait on hold for 40 minutes to follow up and finally get through only for your pharmacy staff to not know how to work the phone and I hear them say “just hang up” it’s unacceptable.

If you are sick and need medication immediately after leaving the emergency department DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. They lie to your face instead of being honest with the status of your medication. We followed your he online prompts and was informed our rx was ready for pick up. Mind you the hospital sent the prescriptions early in the morning as we were there over night. The tech at the checkout said they didn't have any in stock and we needed to contact our physicians office to get another sent to some other pharmacy. I was very upset as I waited all day and of course it was after 5pm before it was ready. So I went home fuming mad. Came into to the pharmacy again to speak with new employees not last nights group. And they miraculously they have it and I had to wait in store for 45 minutes to finally get my medicine.

Came in today to try to get a Covid shot for my husband. He’s a double amputee, so it is difficult to get him out. Got there as they were reopening after lunch, 2:00 pm. There was absolutely NO ONE there. Not to pick up a prescription or anything. The African pharmacist just shooed me away. “You have to have an appointment”. Period. Really? For 15 minutes after I left, there was still no one there. Guess she didn’t want to be bothered with us.

Manager is very rude and could not solve the problem. I requested a picture to be printed. They never contacted me or tried to solve the issue other than we can transfer it to another store, because we don’t have the paper to print it on. Understandable if they would have contacted me to let me know but they couldn’t care less. I asked if I can get compensated for a discount since I paid for an immediate print. She said no you can’t very rudely. So here I am giving a terrible review that doesn’t solve anything but I’m just passing on to the next customer on how you will probably be treated.

I just left the CVS @ 603 S. Cedar Ridge in Duncanville in TEARS...not bad,sad,mad tears but glad, grateful tears because of the most outstanding customer service I've received since I really can't remember when. I pride myself in providing outstanding customer service, but the pharmacy staff I encountered this evening have given me a new goal to try to reach for myself!! To be honest, I was seriously considering having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy because of prior frustrations due to miscommunication & at times total lack of communication but my encounter w/the staff members this evening helped me to change my mind for now & give them another chance. My insurance plan started over in September & my deductible is extremely high. I was diagnosed w/diabetes in August & for the past 2 months I've only had to pay $25 for meds but tonight I was quoted an amount of nearly $700 which sent me into overload. I contacted my insurance & turns out the CVS staff had searched for coupons & applied to my total to reduce my cost so tonight 2 staff members, Cindy & Cassie went above & beyond to find coupons to apply but to no avail but Cassie refused to give up & worked on it until the pharmacy closed so in total I was assisted for 1 1/2 hours if not more. Even though things didn't work out to get the price reduced it touched my heart so much for all that they tried to help me out...they acted as if it was their $ being spent or their family member or themselves needing the meds. They made me feel like they genuinely cared & I haven't felt that in a long time. Pls CVS acknowledge and reward such outstanding employees as these 3 ladies (Cindy. Cassie & Jeanette) .. they worked so well together like a lovely ballet & they spoke to ALL customers with dignity and respect. I hope that you all are proud of them & that they are proud of themselves!!

I can never seem to catch the drive-through open. It's always got an issue. It always makes you come inside and stand next to customers that are sick because they don't wanna open the drive-through

I was just here with someone being their driver the pharmacy didn't fill the correct amount of his prescription while waiting the lady cashier in the pharmacy department verbally attacked me threatening me with calling the police keep in mind she was attending to a customer i was sitting down speaking to the man i drove here she had no business even listening to my conversation that she was not apart of she was ear hustling as some call it .I was speaking the truth about why no one is being held accountable for not counting his prescription then she was rude and threatened me with the police she was never invited into the conversation then i heard her loudly say things towards me i asked her who she was and she snapped very unprofessional sad thing I wasn't even talking to her she was ear hustling and I will be fileing a GIEVANCE WITH AUSTIN...STRAIGHT OUT OF CHARACTER AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL this is why I gave a 1 star that was unexpected for her to lash out i am sure it all on camera as well

This pharmacy need to hire another dr..dr Truong in the pharmacy may have a degree and or knowledgable in pharmacy but he has no knowledge in CUSTOMER SERVICE...absolutely rude! I will never come to this location again. The area is always slow, they hardly ever answer the phone but his mannersism is SICKENING!

Drive thru was closed with a sign to go indoors. Arrived and gate was closing when I had just been notified that my prescription was ready. They wouldn’t give to me because “system was closed for day” when it was 5:59pm and prescription showed as ready for pickup and I had barcode. They advised I could go to a 24 hr pharmacy.
