Justin was exetremley RUDE. I was transferring medication from the WALGREEN’S across the street from this CVS location. Once I filled out the prescription transfer forms the Pharmacist or Office manager JUSTIN was extremely rude he asked me to Google the phone number so he could make the call. During this time my daughter was suffering from severe Acid Reflux and was vomiting in a plastic bag and she was very lethargic from suffer for 4 days of this illness. I’m literally in the middle of trying to keep my child from passing out while being told that he was not going to wait on hold for a medication that I could but OTC something I was unaware of at the time. He yelled this in front of several other customers and his whole team of employees were looking at us and him in disgust. He never even offered to show me the OTC medication was or offered any help. He just screamed about what he wasn’t going to do and basically watched my child suffer. I don’t recommend this location or this pharmacy for anyone who is actually seeking help. You will be turned away. Justin is very nasty and unapologetic.

Worst costumer service. My husband and I we clean pools near the area so when we need we come here to the bathroom and every time I look (if I like something I’d get it) around they always say “costumer service in cosmetics” like if I am about to steel something I would never do it! The staff they stare at you in a very rude way and they don’t reply to my good morning or anything at all.

Bad costumer service Justin has issues huffing and puffing like a lil kid on the phone when you ask questions he rude needs to be retrained I called asking for medication he said they didn't have it I called again and he wants to tell me is been filled 2 days prior do better CVS

I have read a lot of negative reviews, and I have witnessed less than stellar customer service. However, there is at least one person there at the pharmacy who always goes above and beyond to help people. I have been helped by Kim more than once when other employees had said nothing could be done. I had been trying to get a prescription for several weeks and had been given different answers when speaking with different employees. Until I ran into Kim. She worked on it until she found a solution.
She did the same thing for my wife on another occasion. Unfortunately Kim is only one, and of course she is not always there.
Other people, including managers, need to learn to care as much as Kim does.
Thank you, Kim!! I told you I would do this.

Everytime I go to pick up prescriptions that are "ready", it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get through the line. Ridiculous!

The worst customer service! I called and was on hold twice for 30 minutes they hung the phone up twice. Then when I called again and spoke with the store she said oh sorry they are under staffed! That is horrible! Under staffed to not hanging up the phone when people are calling about there medication is insane

TLDR: understaffed/overworked/inept/and ahole pharmacy techs that lie to your face after hanging up on you while on hold. Condescending sarcastic ahole pharmacy techs.
I wouldn’t even give this place a half a star but I’m forced to give one. The pharmacy is a total joke. I spent 38 mins on hold only for them to hang up on me. When I went to the store they straight up lied to me saying the phones didn’t work even though they answered and I talked to a human and they told me to hold before handing up on me. Then when I get there there’s an old lady pharmacist tech who decides to be sarcastic and an ahole about the situation. I told them they should have alerted the customers the phones don’t work. She said she’d make sure corporate got the memo in the most sarcastic way possible I had to restrain myself from cussing her out. Then after another 40 min wait in the line they told me the prescription was still processing. I asked why. They said because it’s in process. I asked when will it be out of process? The pharmacist said it usually takes about 10-15mins. I then asked why it was in process still if it’d been over 5 hours since it was sent in. Another pharmacist tech chimed in that she was the only one filling prescriptions and it would take about 40mins. How is this place still open?? Completely understaffed. Completely unprofessional. Completely inept at their jobs. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if these “techs” didn’t even have a degree. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is pathetic.

Kim Brandon the Pharmacy Manager is one of the the rudest people I have ever met. CVS Pharmacy has the software in which you call the pharmacy for a refill and they text you a number to refill your medication. That system does not work well after 2 weeks of attempting to get my medication I filed a complaint with the State Pharmacy Board. The new Pharmacy I selected has been calling CVS for 2 days straight and has been unable to get my prescriptions transferred. Use this Pharmacy at your own risk. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Frankly I am appalled that CVS employees people like this. While I was standing in front of her she refused to call the new Pharmacy and transferred my prescriptions. My doctor is on maternity leave.

They need to make zero stars an option. It does not matter if you wait inside or outside in the drive through... you will be waiting HOURS. Today I sat in the drive through line for 2 hours. It took them 2 hours to help 3 cars. Absolutely insane.
