Armani was super helpful and sweet with helping me start a new plan on my S23 Ultra on 8-24-23. And Gernisha was really helpful and sweet as well on 8-31-23 with helping me with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Bluetooth setup. These 2 people are amazing and even though there's a Cricket Wireless closer to my house I purposely come to this one because of their amazing service!! Keep up the good work you two!!

The sales representative was pretty rude, she seemed like she didn't want to be there and when I asked questions she seemed pretty annoyed and frustrated by me, please check your receipts and please ask what all the fees are for before going forward with this particular store, if you don't speak English please bring someone who speaks English!!! Here they tried to charge me more than they should have, check your receipts and don't pay more than $25 dollars per activation! Be careful not to let them overcharge you just because you don't understand the language!

Horrible, horrible customer service. One time, the front door was LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS, most of the other times, the employee is in their car, and talking on the phone with friends or family making PERSONAL calls. And they're still on their personal call while conducting my business or signing me up for a new plan. These people DO NOT CARE. They should all be fired. Zero customer service. I would not go with Cricket Wireless. They are rude. Period.

Gerneisha(spell check) is the nicest salesperson I have experienced. i live in Mesquite and i pass up numerous of Crickets just to go to her. if i could give her 10 stars i truly would!!

Someone please tell how this crook is still working at Cricket. That girl with the worms coming out of her head sold me a bad phone were it went into safe mode. I asked her how do I get it out of safe mode and had it only a month. Her reply with an nasty attitude I'm a sales person not tech so find somewhere else to get your phone fix then putting her ear plugs back in her ear sitting in the corner like a rat.

Ms. G is awesome!!! She has been taking care of my family for years!!! She is beyond helpful!! She has helped us upgrade our phones and always helps make sure all of our data is transfered to our new phones!!! She is always so happy and bubbly even when we run in to the shop in a crisis, we think.. she helps us figure out the issue. We have referred several people to the Duncanville Cricket to Ms. G!!! 10, star customer service hands down!!!

First of all I'm thinking this trick is a very cool person to find out she is a cheat, theft, & liar. My question is why is this country bumpkin so greedy you rip people off using a lie you the only Black storemanger for Cricket then lie saying in 6 months you can upgrade to any phone you want??? Well funny on Ross downtown Dallas not only I met an Black manger but one who is honest. Then you had me programming my own phones after spends Ng $700 with you each time. I need refunds and this female or whatever it is to be fired!!!!!

Went in on Saturday( 04/22) about 5 o’clock in the afternoon was greeted by Gernisha ( by the business card I grab she had red hair African American) allegedly she was store manager. Horrible customer service wasn’t trying to help us said our pin was wrong when it was the pin and only gave us one try. She stated she needed to see an ID when the account was a business account. We try to tell her we have business cards and The business certificate she was just not having it. Another customer walked in who was Hispanic too and refused to help her. Previously called multiple times before going in and no answer when arrived there was no one in store but her. She shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t want to deal with customers. Luckily the other cricket located in Redbird oaks was very helpful and assisted us fast. Also no problems and our pin went through( same pin we gave her). Hope gernisha is dealt with next time we visit since it’s the nearest to us.
